This place is disgusting. As someone who has been (like most people) to a bunch of Chipotle locations, this is by far the worst one I've ever been to and I've never felt the need to write a review for a Chipotle until I stepped foot in this one. To start, at dinner time, 6:30pm, they had no fajita veggies, corn, or sofritas and were not even attempting to make more. No vegetarian options at all and said I had to wait 30 minutes if we wanted them.

The line was almost out the door and the employees could care less about how fast they were working. The tables were all disgusting with trash on them and the trash cans as pictured were so overstuffed people couldn't even throw their trash away. This whole place should be looked into...I will never return.

The most dysfunctional, unorganized and disgusting location I've been to yet.No real manager or kitchen supervisor is ever present.Rude, inattentive, inexperienced staff. No passion or standards. Maybe hire actual people with food service experience and fluent in Spanish. People in these surrounding towns pay a lot of money expecting fresh,flavorful, affordable fair. You are missing the mark and need to reevaluate your staff and their priorities. Good riddance you just lost another customer and I used to eat it several times a week,but customer service has been harrowing as of lately.

I just took a big exam and I’m so hungry and I have to say this is the best cooked steak I have EVER had from a chipotle bowl it tastes so good made my day thank you to whoever cooked this. I am disappointed sometimes when I order steak but omg this is tender and cooked just right tysm

They are the best!! I have gone to other locations and gotten sick to the stomach, but this new providence location is one of the best locations. Very delicious fully cooked food and excellent customer service!! Highly recommend this Chipotle to everyone!!

The manager here, Fabian Grey was very unprofessional, unpleasant and rude to kids.

When you do regular order on a late night it’s great.

For the love of god never place a mobile order here. Sometimes you’ll be stuck behind 5 others while an employee is twiddling at the regular line that’s emoty

July 2025- they have recently improved on all fronts when it comes to service and friendliness of staff which is a far cry from how this place used to be a couple of years back.

Chipotle is a reliable place to get good food at a decent price. I still can’t get over why Guac costs almost $3 for an abysmal amount but Chipotle has been getting away with it for years and that is never going to get addressed.

This location is doing good right now. Hopefully it stays good for a while.

Walked up to the counter & said hello, the guy didn’t say a word and just looked at us. So weird and awkward until he messed up on my order by not asking before adding a topping on, had to let him know the orders wrong. He didn’t say sorry and just remade the bowl with skimpy portions compared to the first time 😐 decided to speak up only during payment. Trash service 🗑️

I was just there, waited 10 minutes to get served there was only ONE person infront of me now I’m late for work. I start ordering my rice and it’s burnt-dry, the beans are a mush and then I ask for sofritas and the girl said they don’t have, she didn’t even check the other side. Cancelled order and left. This place is dirty and unorganized. I’m at chopt now, much better than this chipotle.
