Chipotle Mexican Grill

I don't know what's going on but this is the third location recently with horrible food. Ordered a quesadilla, charged $14 for it only to come home and find a pile of shredded cheese and a weirdly pressed tortilla. Given up, I won't be going to chipotle anymore.

Crunchy rice takes me back to my days in the war when we were taking the hill and things went south, my life changed after that day and this rice does NOT help

My daughter and her University Tennis Teammates had dinner there last night after a competition. Today there are 8 intoxicated people!! How can that happen in a Chain that is supposed to ensure the quality and hygiene of its food!! That is unacceptable!!

I don't know how this is even possible, but the last 3 times I've ordered they have managed to forget my guacamole, and give me 4 times the amount of queso that would come in a normal bowl. If you have a complaint, you're out of luck. You'll need to talk to one of the most useless chat bots on the face of the earth, "Pepper". Truly a disappointing experience, every single time.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever visited. Camila (if that’s even her real “name”) looked me up and down before I even spoke a word, and rolled her eyes every time I said a word. I asked for extra cheese (emphasis: not queso) and she gave me light cheese, so I asked for more; again the smallest portion. I told her I asked for extra, and she proceeded asked the cashier guy who then told me if I want more cheese I’d have to pay 1.70$. No where on the menu does it say cheese costs extra. “Camila” should be sweeping the floors instead of dealing face-to-face with customers. Rolling your eyes because I asked for rice or chicken means you need to find a new job because trust me if I could do it myself, I’d happily do it instead of dealing with you.

If I could give zero stars I would. They constantly screw up online orders and the portion sizes for the bowls are becoming an absolutely joke for $14. I got home to see my bowl had barely a table spoon of rice in it. You cant even call the store to talk to someone so you have to file a claim online. Whats the point of having a pickup table if youre just going to keep it behind the counter then ignore people when they come in to get it.

Worst Chipotle!!! No water in the soda machine, all soda come out as concentrated l, they gave us a couple of pieces chicken bites super cheap.

This place is horrendous. The server stafff doesn’t speak english and forced me to repeat myself several times. i asked for double chicken and she looked at me like i was a chicken without a head. then the gentleman at the register told me the soda machine is broken when i asked for water and then i proceeded to see another customer get a cup when he asked for soda. I also asked for white rice and she gave me half a scoop and i asked for more and she didn’t respond. to see the down fall of chipotle really pissed me off. never again ??

Went to this location for first time and was surprised to see the full bowl of chipotle burrito after long time unlike other locations they barely add proportions . It was layered with all the ingredients which made it easy to eat hope to get same bowl always. Thank you ? to person who made my lunch today.

the portion sizes at this place was next level terrible. i have reasonable expectations but this was significantly worse. Manager is driving away customer from poor staff members who are being skimpy with how much they put in burritos.

This chipotle is not a good place to go to. To begin, the manager always gives us terrible looks and speaks different languages to her teammates about us, threatening to call the cops and taking pictures of us. Next of all, the food is mid at best, the food comes in little tiny portions, and the food isnt always cooked to the fullest. My experience here was terrible and I wouldnt come back. The atmosphere is also always messy and smelly.
