They finish the orders and leave them inside, then we, as delivery people, arrive to pick up the order and have to wait 10 minutes for someone to come and help since they are helping other people. They could leave the bags ready on the shelf that is already there, time and money.

Had alex as our salad expert and what an incredible job. Alex was very friendly, attentive, timely in creating the salads, overall amazing. Great work

I order for pickup 5 times a week. The quality control is abysmal. Each item (beans, avocado, grains, chicken, tortilla chips, etc) in an order must be in the right proportion. But sometimes, it is full of cheap tortilla chips and avocado, and non existent chicken and grains. Sometimes, the bowl is only half full. One time, the chicken I got was burnt. The quality and quantity is not consistent. I paid extra to get more quantity but they pay no attention to the details of your order. They have cheap careless workers who hastily prepare an order in like 10 seconds. Very disappointing.

I’ll be honest—I’m not usually a big salad guy. But I tried the Blissful Harvest Bowl for lunch and was really surprised how good it was. Fresh, hearty, and flavorful—definitely something I’d order again. Chopt changed my mind about salads!

Just opened but the food is fresh and delicious. You will spend 25 and up but you will get a nice deep bowl serving. If you are looking to eat healthy and looking to loose weight this is the place.
