This place has gone way downhill in the last year or so. It used to be one of our trusted go-to places. Now when we go, we deal with teenagers with attitude who act like they're doing you a favor by doing their job (no hello, no greeting at all, negative body language any time you ask them anything), and our orders are consistently incorrect, especially if you make modifications of any kind. In one instance, the workers forgot to make our food for a takeout order and then gave my husband attitude about it, as if it were his fault. And in the latest trip, they gave us both the wrong dressing, and the chicken in my salad was hard and dry. Very disappointing.

Overall, we frequent this location and enjoy the food and service. However, I would compare visiting this store to a game of roulette both in terms of quality of the salads and accuracy of the order. Good location with friendly staff but need better attention to detail and consistency with their salads.

I really loved the salad/food here and the service was exceptional. I was helped by a young lady ( I believe her name was Zion). She was very helpful and kind. She provided great service and helped recommend some things on the menu form me. I will be back for another Chopt salad!
