The customer staff is so disinterested in attending to customers and to an extent rude.We ordered customized vegetarian salad based on our dietary restrictions and the lady behind the counter made a standard chicken salad. And she didn't even apologize or offer to make another one.

This was my first time going into this place! I was happy because I was looking for something healthy to eat after just seeing my doctor. John who helped us out was so friendly, kind and patient especially since I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted right away! This is a gem in the new providence area! The bowl was full with all of my favorite veggies and sal! I started eating right on the spot! This was so tasty and healthy! Hopefully one day they will open Chopt somewhere in Warren County because, we need something good like this! Thanks again to John and the team at Chopt for being so kind and generous to me and my husband! We really appreciate it and we will definitely be back whenever we are down your way! Kim and Jim

Ordered a salad it was horrible wilted not fresh at all asked for crispy chicken nope not in my salad!!! Don’t bother going here or ordering from these places!!!

Inconsistent with other Chopts in NY and NJ. The Kale Caesar Wrap is not consistent. You are serving too much Kale and not enough protein and dressing. Please fix this.
