I am So upset today went to Dunkin Donuts in New Providence to pick up my hot green tea that I ordered online. I've noticed one tea bag said green tea and other tea bag label missing. I paid no mind. As I'm driving to work I'm sipping and my tea didn't taste the same. Then the aroma hit me one tea bag is "Mint". Whomever prepared my tea purposely took tag off tea bag. I am having stomach ache because mint don't agree with me. I am HIGHLY upset a worker would do such a thing. This Dunkin Donuts I'm reporting the incident.

The a.m. manager Donovan (same man that’s been in multiple negative reviews I see) yelled at me and humiliated me in front of a lobby full of people for being in the restroom for 16 minutes (I have stomach problems and just got abdominal surgery) never in my life have I experienced something like this. I’ve worked customer service jobs my whole life and I would never do such a thing. This man insists and brags that he can’t get in trouble for how he treats people, we will see about thatclearly I’m not the only one- he is just a mean and nasty individual that should steer clear of customer service

Employee at 4:45 AM already has an attitude and told me it’s MY problem he hasn’t fulfilled my order. The man refused to fulfill my order despite me showing him the receipt as to which I paid, imagine that! Multiple times now this man has been rude I can’t imagine how this looks for their business!

This Dunkin' has iced coffee on tap! They have a few tables for indoor seating but it is mostly meant to be a grab and go place. They have their baked goods on display and service is pretty quick.

I asked for an Americano with 1 pump of the liquid sugar. They give me regular black coffee. Can I get my money back?

I bought a small cappuccino from this location. The man at the register asked me if wanted whole or skim milk. I said skim and no sugar. But my cappuccino was creamy and not hot. Was quite disappointing when you desperately want a coffee and pay $4.30 to get this :(

The renovation was good but quality service is lost. We ordered 2 coffees and people ordering after us had their complex orders done first. Since the order was not on the screen, it was ignored. This happened twice. Also avoid the order here kiosk. You still wait to get your stuff like you were on the old line. They need more staff too.
