TV’s kept turning off while I was trying to look at the game, but the food and the service was a saving grace. Really good burgers, and even better people. The cashier at the front was pleasant and took my order with diligence, overall good place.

I had an awful experience at this Smashburger location. I stood waiting for the attendant to take my order while she kept her back turned, doing other things and ignoring customers. On top of that, she forced a tip before providing any service—completely inappropriate.
When I tried to sit at a clean table, I was told I couldn’t and had to sit at a dirty one. When I asked if the table could be cleaned, I was told the attendant was too busy taking out the garbage. Seriously?
The staff here seem to have no understanding of basic customer service and act like they’re doing you a favor by just showing up. I won’t be coming back, no matter how good the food is supposed to be.
