Coffee drink was overheated latte. Music was relatively loud. Seating not very comfortable.
Ok to get drinks if you line the Starbucks selection. They should reduce the non coffee stuff, and start making much better coffee drinks especially the cappuccino and latte as done in italy. The milk foam should be smooth and rich. Maybe introduce a like of coffee drinks made Italian style?

on 7/19 at 10:30 am one of your male employee (with the large septum piercing) was verbally harassing multiple customers waiting for their mobile orders. I and another customer took videos and multiple other customers defended themselves. He turned to another male employee and asked why he wasn’t allowed to be honest. The customers he spoke at had literally done nothing wrong.

Shaken espressos are very bad here. Baristas take shortcuts and do not use the shaker and use very little milk and too much ice

They are incredibly slow. They only had 2 baristas and then multiple other people just standing around doing nothing. Meanwhile, they were incredibly backed up with orders. Doesn’t make sense to go to enjoy an atmosphere where it takes them forever to make the coffee. Wait was so long I walked out without it. Never again.

This Starbucks in new providence is not staffed well - it’s a shame - terrible wait time for in person customers - plan to wait up to 12 minutes - don’t go there if you aren’t prepared to wait to be waited on and then …a long wait for your coffee !

The manager with the pink hair (a guy) was extremely rude to me. The person who originally took my order messed up, and I could see that he was new so I didn’t mind. The manager took over and was very dismissive. I told him that he was being very rude and his words were “I really don’t care”

Painfully understaffed in the morning. The staff is pleasant amidst it all but they definitely need more help. Speedy service is significantly lacking. 8am on a Friday and there are 24 combined adults waiting around for orders or on line making orders.

They just tried stealing my wife’s wallet. My wife returned here to see if her wallet was here and they all said no and 20 minutes later she’s comes in with her father threatening to call the police and it magically appears. All of you working here July 30th 2024 should all be ashamed of yourself and should look into getting some sort of therapy or something along those lines cause you should all be in jail and are lucky you’re not yet. I wish i could do more about this. Do not waste your time here.
