Great service, even though they were short handed. Barista stayed on top of the orders, maintained an ongoing patter and kept a great attitude! Plenty of school kids with parents, etc.
The staff is really friendly! There can be 3 or 30 people in the store and you still have to wait about 10 minutes for a drink. They seem to prioritize mobile orders and lose track of what items people are ordering in store.If you have to come here, make sure you have a little extra time.
In giving a five star review, I feel it should be based on exemplary service that is friendly, accurate and consistent. The New Providence Starbucks Is exemplary. The staff are cheerful and engaging and often will greet you by name. The beverages have been consistent and those that have been customized are well made. I have made this one my go-to Starbucks even though others are closer. On the very rare occasion that an issue occurred, the staff often made things right even before...
