Food is actually nasty has no taste Customer service could improve by a lot and Asking for over two dollars for a can of soda is ridiculous

Good food service adequate. Staff could have checked with us more often and addressed any needs a bit faster. Main complaint is that the restaurant appeared in disarray with boxes piled in corners near restroom , rusty stalls in bathroom etc. This is a complete change from the past when the atmosphere was much different.

We ordered take out for the 1st time, it was $50.00 for two.
The ribs were very dry, tough and barely warm, AND with fresh BBQ sauce obviously put on to hide the OLD, DEAD RIBS.
DONT THEY REALIZE IM GONNA TRY TO EAT THEM?
Tossed the ribs in the garbage.
Either way, anyone knows the ribs are old and you served them anyway???
The other dishes ordered were just ok.
I called to complain, the person said she was the owner, she apologized and said next time I'm there to remind her, and next rib order is free.
I DONT THINK SO
They don't deserve my business after that.

We ordered on-line and were given a pickup time. There was a crowd at the door waiting for orders, and the kitchen was clearly backed up. Most seemed to get their food 30-45 minutes late. Ours was 75 minutes late, and we only got it because we made a fuss. I am convinced that they simply lost the order, and didn't even start it until I insisted on specific status by order number. Minimal apologies and zero explanation. When we got home, we were missing two items. You take your chances here.

food was very good but the customer service was HORRIBLE. the person at the front desk was speaking to us as if she was trying to rush us out the door as we were waiting for our food and she was very very rude about it as well. i got white rice with general tso chicken and got a mountain of rice and barely any chicken ??? we planned on eating here it was our first time so we did not know how it worked and they didnt ask if we wanted to eat in or dine out she automatically assumed we wanted to take it to go and placed the order to go as well.

I was visiting New Providence, NJ and ordered the fried chicken appetizer and the chicken and broccoli dish with brown rice substitution (+$1). After picking up the dishes, I returned and wondered whether I had picked up the right order because the fried chicken was sliced through the bone in a way that made it look like a different dish. The chicken and broccoli that had something that may be shaved chicken and there is some green but more like the remnants, not florets. I tasted it and I'm still not sure if it is chicken honestly. Brown rice was not substituted and the white rice was fine. I was feeling a little guilty ordering so much food but ended up only eating the side of white rice so it was a favor in a way. Though I found the two dishes to not be palatable for me, several five star reviews note that it is the best authentic Szechuan food around so I'm assuming it is the preparation style that I'm not finding palatable but may have, if I appreciated "authentic" Szechuan style preparation.

Terrible service, food…I’d like to know why they have a special menu just for Chinese speaking customers only!!!!!! The great reviews along with the photos, is it not obvious it’s from the restaurant itself! The rudeness of the people that work here is unbelievable. Maybe the kindness is also only reserved for the Chinese speaking customers! Also getting severe diarrhea due to food poisoning from eating their undercooked mushrooms is something that everyone should know about!!!!! Don’t eat here!!!!
