We just had a coffee and wanted to go to the Starbucks counter. Another employee said you had to order from him. So we received a filter coffee. That wasn't what we wanted, but then we couldn't change it. Of course the coffee didn't taste good.

Cafe located inside the Statue of Liberty Island this quick grab food like, chicken fingers, fries, Burger. They do have cold sandwiches,wings, and beverages. The prices are okay. The portions are definitely good. You have an outdoor dining area as well as inside. The staff inside the serving area doesn't care to attend the customers. I wonder if they might be tired after seeing a lot of people. It's a decent place to grab something quick.

Long line waiting to eat. I just wanted a self-service coffee. ☕️ I still had to wait in line to eat even though the cash registers were free. Annoying and weird. The employees weren't very friendly. And expensive.

We went there on a late Monday afternoon on the tour to the Statue of Liberty.The place being the only eatery on Ellis Island was extremely crowded. We got a Fresh Mozzarella Panini Sandwich, their Veggie Burger and Signature French Fries.The taste and quality of all 3 dishes was pretty good.One can surely give it a try!They have both indoor and outdoor seating options.
Overpriced, but it’s to be expected. The food was ok. I loved that there were plenty of places to sit and that the staff was super friendly.

I received a response from the owner of the restaurant and had to mention the fact that he said he was sorry a customer let a pigeon in. Totally incorrect. There were at least 20 pigeons in the restaurant and smaller birds flying around and under the tables and everyone was complaining I'm trying to move them, I expect the owner to leave an honest review and not to say that there is only one pigeon letting by a guest. I even heard the member of staff saying I wish these pigeons would leave they're here all the time.!!!!

Lunch at the cafe was a crowded affair and we queued for some time. The raucous voice of the large man behind the counter continually rang out as he tried to assume control of the crowd but it wasn’t working nor welcome. All we saw was him belittling customers and frankly he was just rude and needs to learn a lot about customer service. We were glad to finally get our order and escape.
