This used to be one of our favorite spots for both breakfast and lunch. We ordered 2 weeks ago and our order was wrong, figured it was a fluke and tried again today. Our order was wrong again one order I did online and one I called in. Seems to be some different staff in there. The old staff was phenomenal, unfortunately cannot say the same now.

They will drop anything they are doing to answer the phone and take an order but if you're waiting in the store they have no problem making you wait I was waiting so long I had to leave while they took probably six or seven orders over the phone

The bagels are fresh and tasty. The service is pleasant and efficient. Easy to stop and get back on 23. Just be careful going through the door - tripping hazard.
