Best bagels in Town. The counter girls are very nice and the food tastes fresh. It's hard to find a good bagel so I'm glad we found this shop!

Took 2 hours to come. Although I had specified to put butter and syrup with my French toast they did no. I also specified I wanted my coffee not too light and it's literally white. Food was ice cold. No utensils. Get it together over there guys.

I live in Lyndhurst and drive past at least 4 bagel shops in order to get to Bagel Bistro. Nothing and Nobody beats their sandwiches!!!! And plus Gary is BACK!!!!

Service is not what it used to be. Went there on saturday. I walked up to the counter, as I was the next customer in line, and all the employees walked away without even noticing or acknowledging me. Someone then walked up to me after a few minutes and asked if I was being helped. Bagels aren't even as good as they used to be. Damn shame, it used to be good before Gary first sold it.

Stopped in for a bagel with cream cheese and coffee cake. Bagel was okay. Coffee cake not very good. They don't take AMEX which is what I normally only carry and then they had a $5 card minimum. I won't be going back.

This was a tough review to write. I wasn't too sure how I felt about this place because I loved going here until recently. Now I only go if its convenient and am passing by it, rather than going out of my way to come here. I'm assuming that there is a new owner or some type of change within the business. This was always my go-to bagel stop since it's so close to home. I'll start off by saying that everyone that works there has been very kind to me and provided me with an exceptional attitude. That being said, there have been a few times (and I've only been here a handful of times since the change in owners) that I received incorrect orders. I'm not sure why it keeps happening, but I've never had this problem until recently. In terms of the quality of food, I feel like the quality dropped a bit. It's sad to say, but the bagels don't have the same fresh taste/texture. I understand that they make their bagels early in the morning, but a lot of the other bagel stores around me don't have this problem. I don't need the bagels to be freshly made, but the other places definitely have better quality bagels. I think they just need time to make adjustments (assuming that they really did change owners). Overall: Service - 3.5/5 Food - 2.5/5
If there were one star, i would put it for them. I went to order two bagels. One of them turn right and the other one was wrong . I went back to the store and the girl was pink hair was vey rude and i told her the bagel was wrong and she went make it wrong again!! so i went back for third time and through the bagel in our face and when i ask her name she refused she curse us and i ask for the manager . They won’t tell me.

I used to go here when I was a kid and once I moved back I was so excited to get some bagels I went one morning before school and it took a half a hour just to get a Taylor ham, egg and cheese. Honestly never let Gary take your order and he had to ask me like 10 times what I ordered. How clueless can someone be? Honestly don't wanna go back.

Just left after being ignored for 5-10 minutes. I understand it's a Saturday, but to ignore people who just walked in and want to give you their money to order something is ridiculous...2 cashiers just wandering around aimlessly.
