I think they changed ownership and it's now bad. I went 6 weeks ago parking lot empty food was bad. Tonight pulled up to the parking lot , again empty, would not get fooled again. Too bad it used to be fairly good once or twice a month.
Placed an order online which never came. I called Boston Market to find out where was my order, they lied & told me Doordash was going to pick it up to deliver it to me although I ordered it straight from them. An employee told me she's going to call Doordash to fnd out where my Dasher was .Five minutes after my call, I get a cancelation email. This email was sent considerably after my food was supposed to be delivered. They stopped taking my calls. They need to be more transparent...read full review

How much this place has changed!!! When you walked in, it does not feel as it used to do couple of years ago. I spoke with one of the server and asked if it's still the same owners and was told no. Since she has been there, in less than one year there has been 3 owners!!!! The prices have gone up, chicken got smaller and not as tasty as it did before. I hardly go now unless I am really in a bind.
