I ordered a Meal for 4 and all of the chicken was dry and overcooked. The Corn tasted like it was just poured out of a can. The Mashed potatoes were terribly made and tasted like a stick of butter (we got 3 sides of it out of the 4) which is the most disappointing part as we love the mashed potatoes most of all. All of the food was thrown directly out into the garbage after 3 minutes sadly. We were very unhappy and may stop frequenting this Boston Market as the food has gotten progressively worse time after time. This was a very sad experience and it certainly didn;t help that it was just shy of $42 that was wasted and thrown right out. We even drive 25 minutes just to get to this location as it is the closest one available and to have this happen absolutely ruined what we were hoping to be a positive dining experience.

Food is completely inedible! And when you try to call to let them know no one picks up the phone. This place needs to close down ASAP. You guys are going to get somebody sick. I am 8 months pregnant and I’m terrified to even touch the chicken because of how gross the sides are. Do yourself a favor and STAY

Chicken is dry, corn has no flavor, mashed potato taste like instant, and gravy doesn’t taste the same (too thick). Sweet potato not the same.

3 piece dark with mashed potato and corn
3 piece dark with mashed potatoes and sweet potato

Seems like new management
Other Boston market reviews in the area seem to be same. Boston market fell off.

Wasted money on food

First time after reopening with the new management and I am very disappointed! The food is really bad, taste completely different than the last management. It was one of my favorite places to eat and now it's the worse place to eat. Food tasted completely different than Boston Market and tasted old...will never be going there again!

Came here because my local one closed. Horrible service: They didn't have food ready and couldn't even get my order correct. When it finally came out, an entire meal was missing. Then they wouldn't honor my gift card. I walked out, leaving the horrible looking food on the counter.

My first time back since they've reopened. Bought three chicken dinners. The corn was very watery and not hot. The chicken was very dry. Which would have been okay had we gotten more than 2 oz of gravy.
The quality has definitely gone downhill. The rotisserie chickens at the supermarkets are better.

The chicken was dry and it got a bad smell. The potatoes were stiff and tasteless. The food looked old. I went there at 6pm and there were no customers. Never going back.

This place is NOT Boston Market. I’ve been to Boston Market too many times (and even worked there when I was in my teens) to know that the mash potatoes are not the signature Boston Market mashed potatoes. The creamed spinach tasted more like grocery-store bought and the meatloaf also seemed off. Hate to think what the mac and cheese would be like. Another big red flag was that they didn’t even give me branded take-home bags or cutlery. Very dark experience, overall. I don’t know if the owner has some quarrel with Boston Market corp but this place just gave me more hole-in-the-wall restaurant vibes that the good ol’ fashion Boston Market wholesome vibes. Not sure when I will try this one out again.

My second time there since it’s under new management. I figured I’d give it a second chance. Both times the place was empty. As for me, I’ll never go back again!!As soon as we walked in, there was a strong, musty odor permeating throughout the whole place!I ordered a chicken dinner and the potatoes were iced cold!! How do you serve a customer cold potatoes? The rice was gross, neither of us could eat it. And the stale cornbread left a lot to be desired. My husband kept trying to get lemonade but nothing was coming out. Every time we asked the server about these things she would act surprised. She told my husband that there was lemonade in there. But there wasn’t. So he just told her to forget it. (And she did)There was one large ketchup bottle with less than 2/3 ketchup left in it and the cap and bottle had ketchup smeared and dripping all over! So then,I went to wash my sticky hands and the water setting was freezing cold!! No towels to dry.The chicken was decent, so aside from my having a terrible experience, I ordered two whole chickens to take home. I promised the grandkids I would make chicken salad the next day. That was the only reason. But that’s the last they’ll see of me!!

Just ordered via Uber eats and 1) Didn’t receive my full order 2) Half the order that did come was wrong 3) Food was either stale or spoiled 4) Tried to call the restaurant and no one picks up… had it in good mind to go there myself, but I’m going to contact corporate next. People who run these types of businesses should do better. The standards have dropped and I fires this continuing, eventually leading to the company’s demise. You’ve heard it here first.
