Deserves no stars! MADE MY LATTE WITH NO ESPRESSO.Went in for a latte and asked for oatmilk, even doubled checked I said oatmilk. They still gave me my latte with regular milk and said they couldn’t change the label on the cup. To add insult to injury I was the only guest in the store. It was clearly regular milk and didn’t taste like it had any espresso. Long story short don’t EVER go to this dunkin! The family that runs it is clearly incompetent and will have an attitude if you ask to change their mistake. The worst location and worst customer service!

Went there on three different nights and each time I purchased donuts. When I got home, on each occasion, the donuts were stale. So, update 10/3/25, well, the donuts are still stale, you could use them as paperweights. It's terrible that this chain has declined so much. There's no shame by management. This franchise operator is seriously denigrating this once highly acclaimed U.S. brand. Shameful

Not only were the two men there very unfriendly from the get go but they ended up charging me twice for one order - trying to tell me that the first charge did not go through. When I went back to tell them it went through twice after looking at my banking app, do you think they so much as apologized? Nope… had me waiting there for about 15 minutes while they just kept asking to see my banking app and hitting buttons on their register. Never got my refund. Thieves.

I got a toasted bagel which tasted like their machine needs to be cleaned from the inside. And their snack and bacon was given raw and hash browns broken up in the bag

The lady was racist to me and yelled at me for being Hispanic.... or if she had a bad day she should rest and not work....
I suggest no one to put their order through the app. They will not follow the ingredients or instructions. I always order in person since they don’t follow the instructions. Even when I go in person they still make it WRONG! If I say 3 pumps of caramel they will give you a very small amount of pumps. I understand if there’s a rush but there was no one behind me! The cashier lady with bangs always has an attitude when I try to correct her. As I try to order she’s making my drink and is not listening. Sadly this is the only dd that’s near my job so I have no choice but to go there. I will say 2 employees from there always make my drink just the way I like it. But that’s because they actually follow the ingredients and instructions.
