Disappointing. Hard to find a descent pizzeria now a day. Soggy bread for my chicken parm sandwiches with limited sauce, when asked for extra sauce they told me they ran out and are making some more. What pizzeria runs out of sauce? Also they forgot to put pepperoni in my calzone. It was raw and empty on both ends. How do you expect customers to come back when the service is poor?Seemed like a nice lady but has to do better. Won't go there again.

Nancy is the sweetest! She goes above and beyond to accommodate special orders and really took care of me our first time. Now we order here often and every time she’s kind, cheerful and accommodating !

Delivery was fast and not delayed from the original time (like most places are now). Got the brick oven personal pizza and garlic knots. Garlic knots were the right texture and taste (can't beat the price either) and pizza was delicious. I've tried a lot of pizza places around the area and this is one of the better ones.

I must say that I have eaten at a lot of pizza places in/around North Arlington, and Nonna Lisa is spectacular! It is now my "goto" place. The food was great and the service was efficient. Nancy's service was great. My family and I look forward to our next visit (which will be soon).

Ok so the first time I ordered from he it was a disaster ordered 2 pies. One pepperoni and one plain. Nothing extravagant. So first ii live about 6-7 blocks from the place. Straight run with only one turn up. So it took more then an hour and a half and making two phone calls on a Wednesday night. Time it took to get it the pizza was burnt hard to bite off. I try to give everyone a second chance so just the other day I ordered with Slice because I wanted to schedule lunch. The store doesn’t open till 12. So the earliest scheduled time was 12:45. So at 11:40 I scheduled it for 12:45. So at 12:10 I receive a message that my order was cancelled because the store closes early. How early can it close if it just opened up! So for that reason and my first experience I will never order from this business again. Food and customers should be number one priority and it doesn’t seem like it is here. I suggest you skip the place to if you don’t want to be disappointed.

Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to order from. First time I ordered from her I ordered 2 pies one plain one pepperoni. This place is less then a mile from my home 7 blocks. It took an hour and a half on a Wednesday in June to receive as well as 2 phone calls. When it finally got to my home it was barely warm and the cheese was burnt. Trying to eat the pizza was like eating rubber. Then I thought maybe ordering on slice might be better and I can set a delivery time. Was I wrong. I placed the order then 1/2 hr goes by just to find out that they cancelled the order. So had to order from another place. It is sad that this place isn't reputable. Being so close to home you try to support local business.

I was visiting from out of town and came to Nonna Lisa Pizza because of a recommendation. The prices are very reasonable and they have a nice selection. On occasion, they even have gluten free options. Nancy treated me like a regular and was very accommodating and customer oriented. I was able to keep my low carb diet in check with hot and cheesy meatballs Parmesan (minus the roll). I noticed they were community oriented with boards available for posting children’s drawings and colorings. Thank you for your hospitality!

I highly recommend Nonna Lisa's. The food is ALWAYS delicious and everyone is very friendly, generous and kind. Nancy is an absolute sweetheart. She has went out of her way to accommodate me. She goes above and beyond. Times are difficult for all of us. As we struggle with inflation so are companies, restaurants they don't want to charge their customers more, but to make ends meet and take care of their families they need to. Definitely support them and local businesses. Can't say it about all businesses but Nonna Lisa is one that gives back to the community. Thank you for everythingBernedette,Kearny, NJ
