I had two bagels and a cookie the bagels were on appetizing and they barely had any taste to them It was a cinnamon reason and a egg everything and a cookie The cookie was a hockey puck how much broke my tooth I don't think it'll be going there or anything

If you’re looking for a deli to get the best quality and most consistent food, look no further. I would put this deli up against any deli in the area, and I’ve tried them all. I’m very specific with modifications on my egg sandwiches, and they make it perfect every time. These ladies are just so amazing! 🥰

The coffee is normal, nothing out of this world, too many people and the place is very small, there is nowhere to stand.

Bad service and food won’t be returning.
I’ve given this bagel place multiple chances, but after too many bad experiences, I’m done. Each visit has brought a new issue – whether it’s the coffee being off or getting my order wrong, it’s always something. This last visit was the final straw. I ordered a bagel lightly toasted with butter and a bacon, egg, and cheese. Instead, I received a bagel so burnt that it was impossible to eat. The quality here has become wildly inconsistent, and unfortunately, I just can’t rely on them anymore. I won’t be returning. Pictures added to photo log.
Very rude. Would not recommend.

This bagel shop in north Arlington has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The owner has no respect for customers, and the atmosphere is anything but welcoming. After waiting a ridiculously long time for any kind of acknowledgment, I politely asked about my order status, only to be met with irritation and dismissiveness. Then, the owner dropped the “N word” – negligence.
Yes, negligence! It was clear he couldn’t care less about customer experience or satisfaction. This owner runs the place with zero accountability, and it shows in the way the staff follows his lead, treating customers like they’re an inconvenience.
If you’re looking for a friendly, respectful spot to grab a bagel, keep searching. Arlington has plenty of better options where your business is actually appreciated. Avoid this place at all costs!

Went in ordered Taylor ham egg no cheese, I get to work and see sandwich has cheese.. person on the phone when I called said I would need to leave work and come back to the store as they WONT deliver out to ok me despite their mess up.. so now I would have to leave work and take PTO for their mistake. Not a customer friendly place when they screw up.. They have lost a regular customer.. So Done.. Avoid at all costs, better bagel place around the corner..
