Idk what everyone’s problem is, but this is the same Lido as in Hackensack. And it’s fantastic. I ate a whole pie the other day. The wings are really good too.

Popped in to check out the new launch of the new menu! Everything was so delicious and innovative with the flavors. Had the dry rub lemon pepper wings as an appetizer, they were flavorful and juicy. Then had the French Onion Soup pizza and it was incredible! I highly recommend those two items. The service was on point with everyone being so attentive and friendly. Can’t say enough of this place and will definitely back to try more of their new menu!

Came today for the launch of Town Tavern by Lido and was absolutely blown away with everything I had. The chef, Rich, hurt himself on this menu. The wings are super flavorful and you can taste the freshness from the chipotle peppers in the smoked chipotle wings. Lemon pepper wings were insane too and the French onion pizza is to die for. It’s literally like French onion soup on a pizza! We also had the rancher burger which will definitely knock you out. The pulled pork in it is insanely flavorful and although the thing is MASSIVE i devoured the entire thing. The decor is fresh and inventive with hints of the nostalgia feel that Lidos Hackensack is known for. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to the Lido Restaurant in Hackensack, NJ for years, and once I found out that they open a second location in North Arlington, NJ I had to try it out for myself. I was delighted to find out that they had the same menu at both locations plus a whole bunch of new specials that were never offered at Hackensack. I’m talking about: Lasagna, Chicken Marsala, Spinach & Artichoke Pizza, and many other delicious dishes. The two things that I was most forward to testing out was the famous thin crust pizza… which should really be called “the thinnest crust pizza”… and their open sliced steak sandwich. I’m happy to report that both items were just as good as a Hackensack location. Actually, I did ask if I can get mushrooms instead of onions, put on the open sliced steak sandwich, and they delivered perfectly. But to my surprise, their new spinach & artichoke pizza was a home run.My friends and I took full advantage of their happy hour specials, which offered 50% off all appetizers from 3:30 to 6:00 PM (Monday through Friday). Also - they’ve been offering a buy one get one to go offer which is really awesome too (when dining in only). Because of that option, I was actually able to not only eat my dinner there, but bring another dinner home which I’ll have for tonight; yum. Appetizers included fried calamari (which was really really light and tasty), fried zucchini sticks, and the trifecta (onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and chicken fingers).Overall, I got to say that it’s a fun, chill, and relaxed place to hang out and just have some good food. I know that they’re new in the neighborhood and that a lot of people miss the other Italian restaurants, but I say “give them a chance, and just enjoy”.* Happy Hour 50% off appetizers** ask about the BOGO-to go dinner special. It’s worth it.

The staff was fabulous, service impeccable and everyone loved the food!We celebrated my daughter's college graduation with family and friends at the Lido in North Arlington. They were so helpful and kind in setting things up. We were treated like family at every step. Reasonable prices too. And adaptations for gluten free and vegetarian.

Vegetarian options: It was nice to be able to accommodate our guests' needs.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free without staggering upcharge.

Ordered a pie and grilled chicken ceaser salad for pickup. Told ready in 15 min. I left to go get the order as soon as i got done with call. I placed order in car and left. While driving home I placed my hand on top of order to be sure it didnt slip off seat. I then realized I felt no heat or smelled pizza. Upon getting home pizza was cold and looked like a lunch time leftover. I reheated in oven. First time I ever ordered from Lido and will be last time.

Formerly the sites of Bensi and then Centanni’s, Lido is a longtime Hackensack establishment has now expanded to North Arlington off of River Road where my partner and I came for late lunch/early dinner today. We’ve been a customer at their original location. Upon entering, the atmosphere is much brighter giving a more updated vibe, somewhat bigger with a back room for private event and has parking which was sorely missed in Hackensack. Many times when a restaurant opens at another location the food is a bit different. Not here, it’s the same menu as Hackensack. However, they do offer specialty dishes such as Chicken Francese or Chicken Marsala listed on today’s special. We were greeted by the staff and exchange a few words with one of the managers, Carol and had the entire restaurant to ourselves which was a bit eerie for a Sunday. Known for their razor thin (almost cracker like) pizza crust, we ordered 1/2 mushrooms and 1/2 plain. The pizza didn’t take too long and came out hot. Noticeablely, it’s cheesier than the one in Hackensack and sadly not flavorful. It’s still pricey for what we got. Their staff was attentive and friendly. If you are into Carrs water cracker pizza pie, this would be your place.

Absolutely great lunch specials for a fair price. Great servers, great staff. Thirsty Thursday got me a light check despite two pitchers of beer (half off baby). Seriously nice place

I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for this place. I ordered a Margherita large pizza and an order of mozzarella sticks. The pizza was so thin that I can't even called that pizza let alone the lack of flavor. To tap it of the mozzarella sticks were burnt. I was really looking forward to try the pizza from this place since the one in Hackensack has great reviews. Very disappointing ?.

Ate at Lido for the third time on Friday and for the third straight time had the thin crust pizza and it was fantastic as it was the first 2 times. Had a great time talking to the manager Rich and Richie about food and my favorite interest sports and also the waiter who ironically is named Richard. They made me feel like a friend not just a customer. A definite recommend.

Waitress was very sweet (it was her first day). The salad was basically just spinach with olives, cucumbers and tomatoes, not lettuce to be found. There was a hair in our soup. The pasta was good but the chicken was rubbery. Best thing about the meal was the garlic bread as an appetizer. The restaurant had only 1 other couple at 7pm on Valentine’s Day (strange). Most likely will not be returning.

I didn’t even know this place was open for lunch OR that they had lunch specials …I hard time picking from a nice size lunch special menu but I settled on a chick parm sandwich, LOVED IT, which came with fries and on a brioche bun. The new specials are priced at $11.99,which is fair. This place is quiet as kept under the radar awesomeness. Five stars!

I enjoyed the 701 punch as well as the yummy francaise! The server was very kind and helpful with our choices too!
