Such a nice place, the atmosphere is amazing, the bar tender was super sweet, and we had awesome conversations with other visitors! The drinks were a 10/10, and the music was top tier! Definitely visiting again soon!

I ordered a drink and then the bartender suddenly got upset after I repeated my order. He even kicked me out! I am not sure what happened but it looks like the bartender was going g through something personal. Hope he gets the help he needs and doesn't take it out on other paying customers

This place has become home to me. Love the staff love the prices which is the #1 attraction. They play good music and the vibe is just right. Can't really complain other than when it's gets crowded it's hard to move but that's anywhere

Terrible customer service and really hit or miss. The DJ is the only reason to go here on Thursdays for karaoke. The bartenders are beyond unfriendly, the temperature is never comfortable (you're either shoulder to shoulder sweating, or shivering from the door being wide open with the fans on). I used their portable charger which advertises a charge of $2 and then $1 per hour, maximum $10 per day. I turned it in about 3 hours later, it lit up upon sticking back in the machine, and was locked into place unable to be removed. I was still charged $45 the next day as if I did not return the charger. After an entire week of calling, I spoke to someone very nice I believe named Elijah, who told me he would speak to a manager the next day and that it shouldn't be an issue. I got no call back, so I followed up the next day, to speak to someone very abrupt named Carlos. He couldn't be bothered to help me. He told me it has "nothing to do with the bar" and that I'd have to call the company that does the chargers. As a consumer, the bar is the merchant I'm dealing with. If they want to use a certain vendor in their facility how can they say it has nothing to do with them. It's in their building. He proceeded to try to tell me they make no money on that. That's not my concern quite frankly. I'm a regular customer every week for karaoke and bring different people with me every week, and we SPEND MONEY. Even if what he was trying to say is true, there's a way to speak to customers and they should facilitate my $45 issue. They're the only ones who can prove i did indeed return the device via their surveillance system. He then had the audacity to tell me they don't have security cameras there!!! No problem, fraud has been filed and I'll be sure to let the 100+ customers i deal with on a monthly basis NOT to go there. A place with 1 speaker nasty staff no temperature control and no customer service? I'm good on that 👋

Im usually not one to write a review , but i had a long day at work i wanted to sit and just grab one drink and i get there at 1:26 and the security denied us. I was really upset since it closes at 2 i get it if 1:45 they stopped but i got there half and hour before they closed just for one drink :( hope it doesn’t happen to others .. just really upset

I visited the Tavern on Friday evening, the atmosphere was good, the service was very good as well. Unfortunately the only thing that was a major turn off the bathroom knob was broken and I realized after I locked it and a man open the door. Not only so but tried to enter the restroom with me in it. That that’s the biggest turn off of this place the lack of privacy was not good for me. I would bust but I will never use the restroom again. The chances of me returning are 4/10
