Arusuvai Chettinad Indian Restaurant

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The buffet was below standard, with food that did not meet hygiene expectations and lacked quality options. Additionally, we were required to pay upfront before even being seated, which felt unwelcoming. $30/person. As professionals in the restaurant industry, we were particularly surprised by the poor food quality. Unfortunately, we would not return or recommend this establishment.

This is probably the best indian restaurant in central nj (based on quality and taste of food). Strangely undiscovered even though it's on route 130. We prefer it to any other indian restaurant period. Every single dish we have tried is superb and perfectly spiced. Any leftovers that we box and take away get wiped out the following day leaving us wanting more. Cannot praise this place enough. Thanks arasuvai for years of wonderful meals!

It's a very small restaurant, with no room to walk or wait. It looks a bit dirty, and the food seems unhealthy, too oily. The service from the ladies is excellent, but the male servers are very arrogant and don't treat customers well. This is so sad—I had better expectations from this restaurant.

The buffet here is really good, offering a wide range of delicious food options. One of my favorites is the mutton biryani—it’s flavorful and perfectly cooked. Definitely a great spot if you're craving a variety of dishes!

You must try killi parata here .. I felt buffet was very costly around 30$ per person .. apart from that everything is great

The food is undeniably fantastic, with an overwhelming variety of dishes that are all delicious. I had initially rated this place five stars, but after my recent experience, I am forced to downgrade it to one. No matter how good the food is, poor service is a dealbreaker. The restaurant is small— I understand that it presents challenges. However, this cannot justify rushing customers out of the door. This isn’t the first time we’ve been asked to leave early, but this visit was particularly uncomfortable, with the waiter hovering and making us feel pressured to hurry through our meal. Dining out should be a relaxing experience, not a stressful one. We are paying for the experience, which is neither cheap nor free, and should be able to enjoy our meal without being hurried. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

They become greedy to have a party during the peak lunch time and made the regular customers to wait for long hours. worst ever! 2 hours of wait time.

Honestly one of the best indian food in the palmer mall bharat bistro restaurant.We've gotten: tandoori chicken and saag Paneer Samosa Chaat garlic naan, and Golgappa Bombs. I can say if you are looking for best indian food go to bharat bistro in palmer mall you will love it

Overrated

Food was good, bit on the spicier side, not everyone can eat spicy, especially biryani and pulao should be made a bit mild and then if requested make more spicier. The waiters were very helpful but there were very less helpers and therefore the diners had to keep waiting for very long time for simple requests. Management should hire more people or else the customer experience is ruined.
