Never order coffee from here from door dash or uber eats. The office I work at love to order the food from here but Everytime we order coffee it never shows up. We keep giving them chances but after the fourth time we were missing the coffee we decided not to order from them anymore

This place has gone downhill. Used to come here every weekend as a child, when it was actually worth it. The people now always have an attitude, extremely rude and if they get your order wrong, they act like its YOUR fault. Saying they can check the cameras to confirm you actually ordered the way you did, I think the owner should actually go ahead and check the cameras to see how these people are towards customers.

Food was good for price, bagels were chewy and good with a nice amount of fillings. Service was fast almost no wait time, hard to hear them with the loud machinery sounds. Could use a remodel the chairs, floor and booths are a bit old and beat up. Needs a bit more cleaning after customers eat at tables. All the tables had crumbs and bits.

I went in for a plain bagel with extra cream cheese unfortunately the works do not listen i didn't say anything about toasting a bagel i hate a toasted bagel it tastes burnt next time i suggest listening to customers and if they aren't sure it doesn't take much to just confirm with the customer

I spoke to a very rude cashier here. I ordered one breakfast sandwich and after waiting 15 minutes I asked for a time update. When asked, the cashier responded, “The eggs are cooking. The eggs have to cook,” in the nastiest, most passive aggressive tone. Then I watched her walk up to the manager in front of me and complain for another 5 minutes about me. All I wanted was a time update, which the manager who came over after did give me and I appreciate that. But this place needs to train their staff to speak to customers especially if they’re public facing. I understand they can get busy, but all she had to say was it’ll be 5 more minutes. It’s disappointing how I was treated, considering that the food here is very good, especially the pancakes, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. After 15 years of going there I think I need to find a business that values its customers.

I stopped at the bagel bazaar this morning to pick up two bagels one tell him egg and cheese eggs over easy everything bagel, toasted, and a bacon, egg cheese, salt, pepper, cut ketchup on and everything bagel toasted. When I arrived home, the tell him mac & cheese had scrambled eggs, and the bacon, egg and cheese had jalapeños on it. The staff was slow and bit rude. Next time I will think twice about going to bagel bazaar.

They don’t wear gloves and they rub their noses or mouths then touch the food with no gloves not very sanitary… in the summers I’ve witnessed flys on the bagels

This food is pretty good, however you wait forever!! I called and was put on hold for 15 minutes. They never came back to the phone so that I could place my order. I could hear them. Don't like going there because of wait time
I usually don’t review but I got the everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese and It was the best! This is the first time I had fresh jalapeños in the cream cheese, other places would have pickled jalapeños, but this store had the fresh jalapeños. Everything bagel definitely had a good amount of seasoning. It was worth the wait.

Rolled into this bagel joint while visiting from out of state. Having grown up in NJ, I always appreciate a Taylor Ham, egg and cheese on a bagel. Although the sandwich was good, the Taylor Ham was cut really thin and could have had more added. Otherwise, good bagels

Best thing to eat here is the XXX platter!!! This is maybe the seventh time I’ve eaten here and I love this platter. It’s phenomenal egg whites, chicken potatoes. You can have toast with it if you want the coffee here is always delicious!!! and you can get the box orange juice like when you were a kid lol I love this place, they are always nice to me.
