Terrible service. I asked for a sandwich when they got it wrong they didn’t want to give me my money back. Had me wait 20 min for a “manager” then gave me a portion of my money back because it was “my fault the order was wrong”

This place used to be great . The quality has gone done. Why are you slicing pork roll as if it was prosciutto. With the door open in the summer you have flies swarming around inside. I paid $9.74 for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. The owner should spend some time here and take action on improvements.

Place is gross and I need corporate or someone more up to contact me. We ordered. Waited 30 minutes and they were giving sandwiches to people who ordered after us. They're sweating and touching bagels and bacon after wiping their foreheads WITHOUT gloves. Then when I tell her we want a refund cuz they didn't even start our orders she went ahead and pushed ours to the front. Gave us the bag after waiting forever and said "it's done. No refund. Can't do anything." So no. This place is dirty and nasty and I will leave a review everywhere possible about this location with poor and dirty service.

You know how you can got into a bagel spot in NYC and....order bagels. Not so much in Jersey, I guess. I went into this place for one plain bagel. Just a plain bagel. But there was a communication issue. And some attitude. So, I just walked out, not wanting to continue a "Who's On First?" conversation about one plain bagel. One worker told me to have a nice day....as I walked out frustrated and empty-handed. I just had to look at the Google reviews for this place, and I see that there's a real problem here. So, I'm adding my two cents, which would have gone toward my bagel purchase. If I'd been able to, y'know....purchase a bagel there.

Ordered the belly buster. A breakfast sandwich that I like to order in small businesses like this one. Well prepared and seasoned the only thing with this belly buster sandwich it doesn’t come with the home fries potatoes which is something different but overall it had great flavor. Coffee was on point with flavor specially that I drink the coffee just straight black with nothing in it. Great spot to grab and go or just relax and enjoy your food.

not from the area but needed a place to grab a “quick” bagel on the go. what a horrible mistake. waited over 35 minutes for 2 bagel sandwiches, no grill needed. was seconds away from just walking out and leaving the food.
