Baskin Robbins closing time is 11.pm we reached 10.50. Lights are on . Even though we're their but they refuse to serve us and say we are closed. And said we have to go to wawa or somewhere else.
Such a poor service.
Extremely disappointed.

It's a smaller than average Baskin-Robbins linked to a Dunkin Donuts. You should have an idea of what you're getting.

We have family visiting and needed a quick dessert and saw that this branch closes at 11. I drove 20 minutes and reached at around 10:48. The lights were off but there was a man standing inside upon moving closer he went inside a room in the back with lights on without acknowledging so my dad called the store and a lady answered and she said registers are down so they had to close early upon double checking if the closing time is 11 she said we close at 1045 daily contradicting what she said about registers being down that night. That man in the store could have at least acknowledged instead of ghosting same goes for the lady on the phone could have said the truth initially and acknowledging that the timing online is wrong and that they have different store hours. Its not the first time i received off behavior from this branches staff. Also change the time online its misleading the staff is clearly standing in there the last 15 minutes waiting for the clock to hit 11 to clock out.

Baskin Robins closes at 11. I arrived at 10:45 and the door was locked and the workers denied entry saying the store is closed. Very poor service. Extremely disappointed.

This place is the favorite one of our family. They have upgraded the store, and it became super bright and nice. I've tried a latte and americano at many different coffee shops, but Dunkin's coffee is the best of the best. Thank you, Dunkin donuts, for the variety of drinks and desserts.

Placed TWO orders through UberEats. Both were. WRONG and they made ZERO effort to contact me about it. Ordered a double scoop with mint and chocolate both times and both times they sent just chocolate. I was annoyed the first time but figured accidents happen and I placed it the second time and received this note. You have the customer’s contact information. How hard is it to reach out and let the customer know what they ordered isn’t in stock? It’s completely messed up to decide on your own what you can switch the customer’s order for. I did not want all chocolate, if I did, I would have ordered all chocolate. Had somebody reached out, I would have either selected a different flavor or asked for them to cancel the order completely.

I had a terrible experience here, I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and the person made it so bitter I could barely drink it, just took 2-3 sips , I won't recommend going to this Dunkin ever.

I had a terrible experience and hope the whole staff on shift is fired. I was waiting in for Baskin Robins. Instead of assisting me, the employee sat on her phone, leaning over the counter with her mask under her mouth. She looked at me and my friend multiple times and did not move. The other two seemed confused as to what they were doing as they couldn’t get the order of the person in front of me correct. I’d give them a zero, but it’s not an option. I am very angry.

As a loyal customer for many years of Dunkin Donuts, I find it difficult that in the year 2021, especially in an area as diverse as North Brunswick that a woman of color is blatantly treated unfairly and biased-- enough that other customers had to speak up for me! I could only hope that this behavior from Dunkin Donut employees is limited to this one location which has now lost my business and others that also go there.This morning I had an issue with my order and as I was trying to resolve the situation the employee blatantly ignored me and would only acknowledge the white people in the room. It was only once another customer spoke up on my behalf did the employees even attempt to correct their simple mistake. I will not return to this location and i hope other beware.
