Placed TWO orders through UberEats. Both were. WRONG and they made ZERO effort to contact me about it. Ordered a double scoop with mint and chocolate both times and both times they sent just chocolate. I was annoyed the first time but figured accidents happen and I placed it the second time and received this note. You have the customer’s contact information. How hard is it to reach out and let the customer know what they ordered isn’t in stock? It’s completely messed up to decide on your own what you can switch the customer’s order for. I did not want all chocolate, if I did, I would have ordered all chocolate. Had somebody reached out, I would have either selected a different flavor or asked for them to cancel the order completely.

I had a terrible experience here, I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and the person made it so bitter I could barely drink it, just took 2-3 sips , I won't recommend going to this Dunkin ever.

I had a terrible experience and hope the whole staff on shift is fired. I was waiting in for Baskin Robins. Instead of assisting me, the employee sat on her phone, leaning over the counter with her mask under her mouth. She looked at me and my friend multiple times and did not move. The other two seemed confused as to what they were doing as they couldn’t get the order of the person in front of me correct. I’d give them a zero, but it’s not an option. I am very angry.

As a loyal customer for many years of Dunkin Donuts, I find it difficult that in the year 2021, especially in an area as diverse as North Brunswick that a woman of color is blatantly treated unfairly and biased-- enough that other customers had to speak up for me! I could only hope that this behavior from Dunkin Donut employees is limited to this one location which has now lost my business and others that also go there.This morning I had an issue with my order and as I was trying to resolve the situation the employee blatantly ignored me and would only acknowledge the white people in the room. It was only once another customer spoke up on my behalf did the employees even attempt to correct their simple mistake. I will not return to this location and i hope other beware.

Ordered a custom ice cream cake and it was absolutely perfect - the design, taste, service everything was amazing ! Awesome quality

Worst Baskin Robbins ever. The guy was in the middle of scooping our icecream and went to help another customer in the middle of our order. He literally put the cup down and went to cash out another customer that came after us and just kept us hanging. So rude. By the way I changed my mind in a flavor and he put the scoop back in the bucket for someone else. Yup they do that. Nasty!
