Jharelys came a hour late with our food the manger came with the food and said im sorry took the kids meal off and walked away. I would love for the owner to reach out to me, I will explain exactly what happened which i cant explain here.

Jharelys was our server, she took the order at 9.47pm and we received it at our table at 10.43pm. she forgot to bring us water when we asked and didn't come back at all to our table to ask if we need anything else. I had to ask another beer for myself. Very disappointed in service. Manager brought the food himself and I asked why did it take so long and his reply was I don't know. I used to love this place. Going down for sure.

Worst meal I’ve had in a very long time. It’s sad Buffalo wild wings used to be very good. I go back to the BW3 days. It’s basically microwave food now the restaurant itself was absolutely disgusting. It was a complete mess. I had to get up twice and walk to the service stand to get service. The bathrooms were disgusting . The floor was so slippery in there you can barely stand and the place is stupidly overpriced. The wings are like two dollars each. I’ve had my last meal at Buffalo wild and Lord have mercy on your soul

Waited an hour for my food, still didn’t come, so I cancelled my order. the manager wasn’t even the least bit apologetic. Take your business somewhere else!
I visited on Sunday evening and unfortunately had very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, the host didn’t greet us properly. She simply waved a menu and gestured for us to follow her. When we requested a booth, she seated us at a table next to a dirty booth and told us to wait for it to be cleaned, even though there was a clean booth available near by. We sat for about 10 minutes watching servers attend to other tables, but no one acknowledged us or even offered water. If felt we weee completely ignored. That was enough to make us decide to leave. As we were walking out, I informed the host that we were leaving, but she just nodded without asking why or showing any concern. We used to enjoy coming here, but sadly the service has been declining, and this visit confirmed that things are getting worse.

I received an incorrect pickup order: bone-in wings instead of boneless, which were also dry. Luckily I received store credit after reaching out - just make sure to check your food before leaving.
Addendum: the manager I spoke to regarding the store credit butt-dialed me and left a voicemail — speaking to an employee preparing for an inspection, about how they had expired stock (carrots?) they hadn't taken off their shelves. Feels like maybe cheating to know, but don't have high expectations.

Paid for a full cheese steak, got have the cheese, half the steak and all the salt. $15 down the drain. They also messed up with sending us the wrong item on the other part of the order.

On Sunday 9/22, I ordered two 20 boneless wings and fries combos at this North Brunswick location. I placed this order at exactly 5:53pm, with an expectation that the order would be ready by 6:15. I got there around 6:20-6:30 range. And my order wasnt ready. Not only was my order not ready, the system at their store did not have my order, despite my proof of purchase. They replaced my order. Great.
I proceeded to wait another 40 minutes for my food. There was no sense of urgency whatsoever. So let me reiterate: I placed my order at 5:53pm, I dont get my food till roughly 7:10pm. We had an expectated 6:15pm pickup according to the app.
I get back to my house, open up the bag… they messed up my order completely. Not only did they give me the wrong order. I bought a 20 boneless bundle…I got 17.
Now I used to work at a different bdubs. I understand that Sundays can be a mess because of football. But I have never experienced such a lackluster mismanagement of customer service in my life. I called the store back for a refund, they gave me one, which I appreciate. But I will never step foot in this establishment ever again.
A system mismanagement turned into an over hour wait, and they still did not get my order right.

First and last time ordering from this place. My son bought lunch via door dash for us. I ordered boneless garlic parm boneless wings that were EXTREMELY DRY with minimal sauce. The French fries are worse than the shopright 2.00 /bag fries. I expect the order to be a little cooler because door dash can take some time, but I am just totally disappointed. Better off going to popeyes.
