We go to the North Brunswick NJ location at least every 3 weeks. We always get profiled as a family…which is ok as we don’t want to be by the bar with our 7 and 9 year old. But tonight we had a party of 6 obnoxiously loud adults in the booth next to us and cursing to the point of me asking to move tables. Mom with two kids…I didn’t bother with them so I asked the server could not move us to another section…restaurant was not crowded and asked if we could wait for them to leave. This after asking her manager…I refused, I asked for to go boxes paid full price for a crappy experience had to leave and the table was still having their adult time not minding the families around them. Manager didn’t it support the staff… I had to approach one of the managers to let them know. Terrible customer service. It’s gotten worse by the day. Wont come back with my family unfortunately as we all like sports and wings! But its not worth subjecting my kids to that language…they got the dinning area where they put families with children…they should control their environment a little more intentionally…worse $60 spent!

recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we were seated, our server completely ignored us. We waited an unreasonably long time just to place our drink order, and when we finally got their attention, they seemed uninterested and inattentive.

I understand how busy it must be today….. but its totally unorganized place…. Ordered 3 hours back… only 15 mins away but still waiting for home delivery with hungry kids….. ☹️ Finally received the cold food after 4 hours….

I call and they talk me my order will be ready in 1hr and when I pick up they told me that it will be ready in 30m or more..just last time I will order i go to this place..and they go 1:35 they want to refund the money they i lost 1:30... because the food is just been made after almost 2hrs... How management will offer you a refund after u lost 1hr and 40 F..............THIS PLACE

Service was amazing apart from the cold drink wasn't asked as it was included in the deal.

Best service I’ve received at a buffalo wild wings. Server was Nick. He was awesome. He even made them turn on the Real Madrid game for me on the big screen when he noticed me watching it on my phone. Nick was great.

I went today 1/17/25 to try and enjoy a meal with my family. I've never in my life waited so long just for the lady server to bring only half of our drinks as she went back to talk to her co-workers for 5 more minutes which she already did before........I never walked out of a restaurant in my life today was the first. Terrible service.
There is never anyone at the front and the place isn't even crowded 😕. This is the fourth time this happpened

I used to be a regular at the Buffalo Wild Wings in North Brunswick, but my recent experiences have completely shattered my loyalty. What once was a go-to spot for delicious wings and a great atmosphere has devolved into a place where mistakes are the norm and quality has plummeted. Every single time I place an order to go, it’s a gamble—whether it’s missing items, incorrect sides, or completely wrong dishes, the errors are incessant. It’s frustrating to repeatedly pay for what I actually want and receive something entirely different. The decline in food quality is alarming; my wife recently ordered one of their burgers, and it was arguably the most unappetizing burger I’ve ever seen. The patty was dry, the bun stale, and the overall presentation was lackluster. Other dishes have not fared much better, consistently falling short of expectations. It’s not just occasional slip-ups; it’s a consistent trend of errors and diminishing quality. What was once a reliable and enjoyable dining option has become a source of frustration and disappointment. The management needs to take immediate action to address these ongoing issues, or they risk losing loyal customers like myself. Buffalo Wild Wings North Brunswick has a long way to go to regain its former reputation, and until significant improvements are made in order accuracy and food quality, I cannot recommend this location to anyone seeking a satisfying dining experience. It’s a shame to see such a promising establishment falter so drastically.

Stopped in for a quick dinner of wings and drinks. Wings came out good and pleasantly surprised how good the blue watermelon cooler came out. Typical chain restaurant experience where the food and service is fine
