My friends offered to take me out to eat, and it was late (10pm ish) so there weren't many options. Butcher360 was open til 12pm, and they had never been there, so I suggested we go. When we got there, there was a wait, so we sat over by the barrels with the graffiti on them. My two love-bird friends who love the thought of carving their initials into benches etc wanted to know why all the walls were doodled on, so I explained how guests were allowed to sign the barrel and leave a tiny piece of them there. They LOVED that! But when I asked staff for a marker, I was asvised that they no longer "do that". Their entire entry way is marked up with the doodles and initials of thousands of customers, but I guess my friends don't count.
When we were seated, they wouldn't give us a menu - we had to use our phones. I don't know about you, but when I go out to eat, I really don't want to be staring at my phone. If anything, I want to disconnect from the phone.
My friends were ravenous so all three of us dug into the cabbage salad. They didn't like the salad, and when the meat came out, they were grossed out by how it looked raw. I was hoping they'd enjoy the cooking experience, but I guess not. When the meat was finally ready, they didn't like how it tasted. I ate it all. Then we waited another 15 minutes for the next batch of meat to cook, and they did not like that meat either. I ate it. Then came pork.. which had to be cooked VERY well (nobody wants tapeworms!). They started to lose their patience by that point. They got up to the bathroom and said they'd be back.
That's when the worst part of the entire night happened. I noticed the price. THE PRICE PER PERSON WAS ALMOST $45 !!!! 😱😭💔
Because of me, they were on the hook for $150!! And they HATED IT!!! I ended up eating everything because they didn't like anything! None of us liked the atmosphere/ambiance, but I figured we could push through for the food. The food was so salty, and they brought EVEN MORE SALT to the table. GROSS!! The "rules" said that if you leave any food waste, they charge EXTRA, so all of us were forced to chew and swallow whatever was left on the table.
When my friends got up for a moment, I begged the waitor to PLEASE do something with the astronomical price tag. That was a meal that should have cost $60 at most. I was freaking out and did not know what to do. He couldn't help me, not even a little bit. In a panic, I begged him to please let me pay for half without telling them. This was supposed to be their treat to me 🥺😩. I felt incredibly ashamed to have insisted on this place and then found out it's $45 per person 😭😭😭
The waitor allowed me to pay for half. When the check came to the table, they noticed there was something weird with the bill, and they noticed I had stood near the waitor for a moment instead of going to the bathroom.
I quickly made up a story about complaining to the waitor about how much they disliked the food (which was true) and told them the waitor gave us a 50% discount. They were so relieved, even though they still had to shell out $80 (😱), which they really could not afford to spend. I hope they bought my story. I really did not have the other $80 to spare either. What a terrible experience 💔 Had I known, I would have NEVER suggested it.
Oh, I forgot to mention, halfway through cooking the pork, the waitor cut off the bones and cartilege (my absolute favorite part) and placed it to the side. I asked him "are these pieces ready?" and he proceeded to school me in great detail that those pieces were not edible. I was so embarrassed. He ended up putting the cartilege back on the heat and to be honest that was the best piece I ate the whole night. But my friends were staring at me absolutely mortified (mind you they also eat cartilege, it was just the way the waitor explained in great detail that I'm not supposed to eat that part or the bones, that there was NO mea

Food was good, service was good and it's a cool place. Parking is not good, 2 hours seems like they are rushing us out. I guess if you are there just to eat cool but to chill and take your time not the place for you. Over all though a nice place.

One of the better KBBQ places I’ve been in service and food. My server, Darwin, was exceptional as well.

Food was filling but salted to the ends of the earth. Sauces were also full of salt, and there was even a side of MORE SALT. The staff wasn't very friendly and didn't try to engage in any conversation. They just came to ask what you wanted, threw it on the griddle, and left. Drinks took over 20 minutes to get and were horrible. I genuinely think i got a juice with mint leaves. They blast K-pop and have 10 tvs playing on a loop of korean girls dancing and singing. Honestly, the video gave me motion sickness with all the flashing and zooming in the video. When we went to pay, i offered my card the same time the server brought the check, and she just turned and left without the card or check. I am currently writing this review with hypertension and a very large glass of water. Seems like a cool place but expensive and not very well done staff and food, could be much better.

My only complaint was the service. It almost seemed as if our server did not want to be there. I kind of got that impression from the other employees as well so either they all got an ass chewing before there shift or they just don’t like working there otherwise the food was good 😊

Their prices listed $39.99 but when the bill comes out it's around $60 person after add on(we had sodas) and tax. The portions are very big, you will not be able to try more then 3 types of meat, I wish was smaller portions so we can try more things. We had 5 people. The side dishes were pretty good! Loved the beef soup, steamed eggs, and the seasoned chicken. Overall the food is tasty and fresh.
Most of the staff are nice, but our server looked unapproachable, angry looking, I m sure they are just tired, but a smile would be nice. This discouraged us in ask about our food or wanting to stay to have dessert or more drinks.

STAY AWAY … If you aren’t Asian or white, they treat you like a second-class citizen in this establishment. The first time I ignored it cause the food was decent but this will be my LAST time patronizing this restaurant because the horrible customer service outweighs the subpar food.
Some of their staff are blatantly racist & it’s really sad because it’s from another minority group. I won’t be returning & the public should know the truth.

Good Korean BBQ. Meat quality is great, the variety of the sides and banchan items could be better but all the sides we tried were good.

Food and atmosphere were great, however we had an unpleasant experience with one server. We sat down around afternoon time and less than an hour later, a server comes and tells us that our time is up. Thankfully we all had a picture of when the first round came. They then proceed to tell us that the time limit was “ 1 hour and 30 minutes so after this round you can’t order more.” But on the menu it says 2 hours limit. This particular server was not even apologetic when I mentioned that to them and even said that they need to check the company policy. Also one of the order ended up being wrong even though I confirmed twice. I don’t want to question the intention behind it but we ended up just eating it to avoid wasting food. Generally most of my experiences here been great so I hope that it is one bad encounter which can rectified with more training. To give credit where credit is due, our other server Andy was very attentive and friendly.

Disgusting amount of wait time we’ve been sitting out in the car for 45 mins already and we have yet to get a call back… at this rate the wait time will probably be 2 hours….. this is why all you can eat is a bad idea because this concept enables people to take their sweet time while others wait a DISGUSTING amount of time…

Came in on a Tuesday with a friend at 6:30 and it was pretty busy in there. We only had to wait about 5mins before being seated. The staff is friendly and attentive.
I started off with the yuzu highball. It was refreshing and light. Not too sweet which is great but could be a touch boozier. The cabbage slaw and pickled radish that are on the table taste great. Good way to break up the richness of the meats.
For the BBQ we ordered the beef thin brisket, the pork belly, and the marinated pork rib. The marinated beef brisket is excellent with the salt and ssamjang that's provided. Lots of pure beef flavor to enjoy.
The pork belly is a thick cut and also tasted great dipped into the salt and ssamjang. The marinated pork rib had a great sauce on it. A mix of sweet and savory that was delicious.
For sides we got the lettuce, tteok-bokki, steamed egg, and popcorn chicken. The lettuce was just romaine. It's nice but definitely not really suited for wrapping the BBQ meats. Red leaf lettuce would be more traditional and better.
The popcorn chicken was cold when we got it. Was probably sitting around for awhile. It did taste good, probably would have been better fresh and warm.
The tteok-bokki doesn't really taste traditional. It had way more soysauce and sesame oil than gochujang. It wasn't bad but not what I was expecting. Might be better for those who are spice-adverse tho. The texture of the rice cakes was nice.
The steamed egg was fantastic. Comes out super hot in a ddukbaegi and was seasoned perfectly. It was so good we ordered another one.
Will definitely be back to try the other BBQ meats.

This is North Brunswick’s hidden gem. Never leave disappointed. Nothing better than not waiting for food and the best servers out there. Shout out to Sandy and David, who we always hope to get when visiting. Their service and attention to detail doesn’t go unnoticed
