The staff, Malvika is excellent in helping run this location! Her care for the staff and standard of excellence is outstanding.
As always the food and customer service is high quality and far better than any other fast food! Highly recommend.

ngl i’ve been to a lot of chick fil a’s (i know that sounds big” and ngl the staff here weren’t as friendly as im used too. and I tried to let the guy at the cash register with the grey shirt know I was trying to pay for mac n cheese i ordered and he rolled his eyes and walked away! the other staff were nice though so i guess there’s that.
update: so I initially gave 3 stars, however when I got home I saw that they literally BURNT my Mac n cheese. as in they sold the tray to me burnt... please just go to the south Plainfield or Edison location instead of this one. the staff are much friendlier and the food is handled with more care.

Horrible experience this location is by far the worst location ever came here a month ago food was horrible employee messed up. Our order rules for my sandwich were disgustingly hard. His attitude was awful came back today. Didn’t order online for breakfast by 10:20. Got into the parking lot at 10:29 by the time I walked in and spoke to the girl at the counter at 10:32 my order was canceled and she said they already pulled all the sandwiches from the rack and we’re not allowed to sell them.

BUT IT TASTE AWFUL AND I ALMOST THREW UP EVERY WHERE AND STILL FEEL SUPER SICK!!!!

Them asking for your name is so stupid and annoying. You end up repeating yourself to the point of frustation. Mc Donalds, Wendys, Burger King and countless others have managed to get people their food without asking for their names. Asking for peoples name is a pointless waste of time
