First and foremost I want to say that I love Chili’s. And in all the years I have gone to this restaurant this was my first horrible experience. I was visiting New Jersey for the day and chose this location. I sat at the bar and I had a greeting from Juan who was not very friendly. I ordered a drink and water. Within minutes this female server brought me a beverage. When Juan came over I said I don’t know why she brought me this. That was the first mistake. I ordered a watermelon margarita that was clear in color with a sugar rim. He didn’t even ask if I wanted a salt or sugar rim. I asked him to make my drink over. That was the second mistake. He clearly was bothered by it and whispered to the manager and another waitress and that’s where the stares started coming. The corrected drink was dripping all over the place and I used a napkin to wipe it up. He wasn’t very nice after this. I’m not sure why this location discontinued a Caesar salad but he brought me out a garden salad. If I would have known he was going to bring that I would chose something else. I had about three bites and left a good sized portion . And the whispers and stares kept coming and the manager was entertaining this unprofessional behavior. My main course came out. I have never had a fatty sirloin at Chili’s. It makes me almost think they did this on purpose. Juan asked how it was and I said it’s fatty and he smirked and walked away. He was standing at the register and continued to snicker to himself. Now the manager knew what my complaints were and instead of approaching me with my concerns she chose to make sure I knew she wasn’t going to deal with me. I didn’t come there to try and get a free meal and nor did I want one while I had horrible service. I paid my bill and walked out. It’s a shame I had this experience in such a beautiful area of New Jersey. But I will continue to go to Chili’s. One unprofessional restaurant will not deter me from going to others who know what customer service truly is.

Our server, Andy, was outstanding—attentive, personable, and made sure we had everything we needed. He offered great menu suggestions and ensured our meal was perfect from start to finish. I went out to eat with my family and had the most pleasurable experience! The staff was very accommodating and really made the dinner amazing. One of the managers, I caught her name was Kirsten she was very welcoming to my family and I, and gave us the best night out in a while. I highly recommend this Chilis.
Ordered steak and broccoli with loaded mash potatoes..the steak was like a rubber band and asked for the broccoli cooked soft and it was very hard ..the shrimp was super salty..never eating here again

We have been here plenty of times, we are almost always greeted well and seated right away. This time we had an exceptional server. The food came out quickly and was good. My only complaint was the salsa - lets fix this it was not thick and more like water
