i've been to this locations a few times and the last two times i went the food and drinks were terrible. i'm pretty sure they don't clean there fountain drink machine because the water tasted moldy and the soft drinks were flat. i ordered a ginger ale and it tasted like nothing but club soda but still had the yellow coloring of ginger ale. being that the water tasted moldy not only the first time but the second time as well we wound up having to get bottled water ( which you think would have been comped) i also ordered the popular mozzarella sticks which came cold and cheese was barely melted. the food both times just was completely off and not fresh. i definitely won't be going to north brunswick location again.

The food came out so quick amazing service from Enrique. He would check up on our table and make sure that everything was okay. He was very kind, attentive, and made sure all our wishes came true. The quality of the food was good and the Nashville mozzarella sticks were amazing.

So I have been coming to this chilis since I was a kid and I never have any issues but I went last week and had the most bizarre experience. First we were sat at a high top table at the bar which is totally fine but they had cleaning supplies and towels just sitting next to us. Genuinely I wouldn’t mind that except this one busser (whose pants were kind of falling off) kept coming to the table and slamming down the towels and the cleaning products. It was so strange.
Then we got a cookie skillet at the end and it literally tasted like burnt plastic and oil, also very strange.
On the bright side our waitress was so delightful and she was helpful with removing the cookie skillet and just overall lovely.

This location will not make mocktails version of the Wicked Marg. Disappointed because the Chili's Instagram indicates they are able to.
Asked if they could do alcohol on the side and was told no because the drink is made in batches.
Chili’s is a great place for great food, excellent service and reasonable prices. My wife and myself had a meal for two. Their portions are decent for the price. Highly recommended.

I haven't been to Chili's in years but after a long day it was the closest spot where we could grab a healthier option.
There was no wait time on a Saturday night about a couple hours before closing. The server was very personable and friendly.
We wound up getting the surf and turf and the taste was actually very good. Cooked to perfection which was a pleasant surprise.
Definitely will be a spot that we go to when we're in the area. I see why Chili's is not having the same financial problem as some of their competitors.

I just was there to spent a good time with the family but one of my kids never never has her food after 30 minutes and then bring it totally uncooked she want medium red and they bring blue red with Spock with the manager and she was not helpful at all

He was very concerned about the issues and took the time to address my concerns. The waitress, while very nice, must have been new or overwhelmed, so I can't complain since she wasn't unprofessional. Too many issues to list. I never had any service or food issues with On the border, so if you want low budget, chain restaurant tex mex I suggest going there.
