very RUDE Employee! This asian girl would constantly show attitude for no reason. Has zero manners. This girl was throwing food on the counter when giving our order. Literally showing us the cold shoulder.
The person taking my order moved so fast it was like he was trying to beat a speed record. Absurdly messy and horrible portions. Like slow down? It’s not a race, you aren’t competing with anyone. The Asian girl at the counter named Lily is VERY impatient and was acting very rude to me at the counter. I was trying to use a reward on my order and she kept rushing me. Never coming here again

Vilma Lopez is by far the worst chipotle customer service I’ve experienced. She makes sure to toss out some of the meat and all the other toppings are put on as little as possible and when asked to put back what fell off her spoon she tells you it will be an additional charge. The food is always cold and the service makes you loose your appetite all together. Just so unnecessarily uncooperative!
I have never walked out on a chipotle until today when I looked at the steak portion they gave me. Especially when they are giving me a batch that's been left out for along time at the bottom. Asked for just a little more and was told extra. Never had issues at any other locations. Absolute joke.

Leaving a critical review is tough but our experience at this Chipotle location is mixed. The food is decent, comparable to any other location.
A lot of the issues come down to staffing and service but that feels unfortunately on-brand for a few of the Chipotle locations I've frequented recently. There's no clear floor manager when there's a meal rush - the staff seem to have to figure things out on their own when there's a long line, pile-up of online orders, and running out on ingredients. Sometimes there are just two people working the line - a cashier and one on food, and at best, there are 3. It seems like they'd best benefit from an average of 3-4 people working the line and one dedicated staff member on online/digital orders. Understandably, the staff sometimes feel irritable or overwhelmed, which I've seen led to some tense exchanges with customers.
The space itself is fine - not always cleaned up well but, having sat in there for a while a couple of times, it seems like it falls to the line staff to get a break in fulfilling food orders before they can hit the dining area to clean or restock.
Outside of that, I really liked the recent limited-time brisket option and their organic drinks, especially the orange and berry ones, are especially good. Also, the kids quesadilla option is excellent for children - a quesadilla on a small tortilla and 2 sides with a drink and chips/orange for $5+tax is unmatched.

I never had an issue with any chipotle until today. Ordered chips to go w meal. No salsa available just Tabasco. 🤔. Def not used for chips. I had a few of the chips and they were all stale. Got home had a burning sour stomach. Will not go to this one again. Questioning freshness.

Absolutely the worst Chipolte we have ever been to. The service is super slow and the staff is rude. Looks like a bunch of obnoxious kids run the place with no adult supervision. I sent my daughter in. She ordered a kids meal which normally comes with 3 sides but the girl at register made her pay for a third. Then the staff at register mocked her for getting a kids meal because she looked too old to them and put in no soda or chips just to mess with her. I went back in to complain but the line was huge and did not want to wait another half hour.

Inadequate customer support. I ordered a chicken bowl, but it was a vegetable dish instead. I would get one additional piece when I requested for more because they were so frugal with their portions.

they took my order for veggie bowls and made it with rice and lettuce ABSOLUTELY NO VEGGIES in the VEGGIE BOWL. Upon calling the store, someone named Daniel claimed himself to be a store manager said they ran out of veggies hence the case. NO apologies, no refund, no empathy for customers!! When I asked why did they take my order in first place when they didn’t have the ingredients to make it? his answer was app does not allow them to inform the customer of their situation…pathetic service, insensible employees and don’t have words for the food quality! please save your money. This store is a scam!

Hair on my bowl from one of the people that made my bowl
I always knew that this specific establishment has had tons of problems involving mainly the employees lack of care but today i finally decide to give an already poorly reviewed place another 1 star. I ask for double brisket and the short hispanic lady with glasses gives me one full sized scoop and what shouldve been another full scoop turned out to be literally 1/3 of a scoop. The man behind me gets a normal serving of brisket and he gets the same exact amount of brisket as i do. I didnt ask for a little more because i have been charged even more for that in the past. Im not asking for a lot, all i want is to get what i paid for. Its a known thing that you have to play mind games with employees to get a respectable portion of food from this location but this was the final straw for me. Why am i paying 10 extra dollars just to get the exact same thing that someone who isn't paying that extra money is getting? Utterly pathetic and laughable. Crazy to think that with this many bad reviews, they haven't fired or replaced anyone. Upper management is the real issue here practically ignoring all of their negative feedback. Avoid this location unless you enjoy getting frustrated.
