The quality of the food here is good, but depending on the staff to get your order correctly is nearly impossible. Every time I have ordered online my order is wrong. I must go in person to ensure my order is not messed up, but then I have to deal with the staff who never seems like they want to be there. New management should be brought in with staff more similar to the chik-fil-a or shake shack.

Just received the smallest bowl ive ever been served at chipotle. This location is notorious for skimping on the meat but this was truly unbelievable. I would’ve had to order triple meat to get what any other location serves as a normal portion. The owner of this location has clearly instructed their employees to give small servings as even their bags of chips feel like they’re coming with half of what is normal. Such a shame. Chipotle is a great franchise but whoever is in charge of this location sucks.

Had to beg for enough white rice to cover the bottom of the bowl, then half scoop of beans 2 time, on a veggie bowl, asked for more beans and was told it was gonna be extra, so I said throw it away and walked out. Don't play with me, now i am angry enough to go to Lidl and cook my own lol. Hare

went earlier today and they had two girls handling the food and they had no hairnets on, just a hat and ponytail. My friend found HAIR in her food. absolutely disgusting. wear the hair net you can literally get sued.

Have been going here for years and have had issues over and over again. Horribly run location, good luck getting food. If you do get food it’s likely it won’t even be your order. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.

This Chipotle is consistently disorganized, very poor management! Every time I go in the line is long and no one seems to know what they’re doing. Today I went in for a bowl and not only were they out of multiple items (this has happened several times before as well) but they forgot to put the chipotle lime flavoring in the rice and gave me PLAIN white rice! No other Chipotle I’ve been to is like this
First time here and I will never return.1. The music was too loud for a place we're I have to verbally place my food order. I basically shouting through the entire process2. I ordered a kids build your own taco ? and wanted hardshell tacos. Well guess what, they didn't have any hardshell tacos ?. I've never experienced that at any other Chipotle3. The meal came with chips and they were stale inedible ?

I went in to order a bowl to go, I order chicken and steak double, when the man was giving me the scoops I see he kinda shakes the spoon so some steak falls back into their container and proceeds to give me the “steak”, he barely added any so I asked him to please give me extra, he then proceeds to give me one piece LITERALLY ONE PIECE OF STEAK, not even trying to make it seem like he actually gave me the extra scoop that I asked for so I just waited for the next person that’s completing the bowl and asked to please give me the extra steak I asked for. The point is when I go paid they're charging me for 3 SCOOPS OF STEAK and I’m like i didn’t get no 3 scoops, that man gave me 1 PIECE when I asked and you guys want to charge me a full scoop. The person at the register was just giving me excuses and I understand is not their fault but it was to the point that I told them to forget about it, I paid and left. Horrible service when Im paying for the food because is not like they were giving it to me for free.

I just bought 4 vegetarian bowls at this chipotle here today 2/25/2024. First of all, the lady behind the counter after the proteins section just did not look happy to be there. and when I asked for extra of corn and pico de gallo she looked as if I asked for her kidney. Like what is your problem? Just do your service and get over it. I got the hot and mild sauces on the side. When I got home, my family and I were eating. When we got to the bottom of the hot sauce, there was a piece of MEAT in there. HOW DISGUSTING is this for someone who doesn’t consume meat!! This is not ok.
