I have no idea why their taste so different from other chipotles! I have given this location multiple chances and every time it’s nasty!

This has to be one of the WORST Chipotle Mexican Grill! The staff members were terrible, they had bad attitudes, very messy and made everyone’s food sloppy. The rice taste like it was not fully cooked, the guacamole had huge chucks of onion that were not fully chopped up. The steak and chicken were not fully seasoned. The place was chaotic

This place most fo the time running out of the food items particularly white rice and they discriminate on race.
There were 20 people waiting in the line for 30 min just to get the white rice. By the time we got our turn they ran out of rice again. For spanish customer who is ahead of us they brought the white rice from drive thru section but for us they denied to bring white rice from drive thru section and asked us to wait.

Didn't give me the chips I paid for after pandering me with questions at the register for 5 minutes, fajita veggies weren't even cooked, had ends of the bell peppers, and everyone there is just in a bad mood and doesn't have a good vibe. Worst chipotle I've ever been to.

I had a terrible experience at this store, I’ve never gave 1 star to any restaurant in my life, in aug 29/2025 around 8:55 pm I went there to pick up uber eats order, there was couple people were there already waiting for order before me. We were standing in line since 8:50 even asked cashier if order is ready or it’ll take time to prepare she said 1 minute very rudely and continued to take customers in store. We waited until 9:17 and when I asked if it’s ready now she still didn’t reply keep ignoring us and continued to take customers. After waiting more than 30 minutes I asked the lady who’s manager or in-charge of the shift and she said “it’s me” I was like what… don’t you know customers are waiting since 30 minutes, there were more than 7 people working she should send at least 1 person to fulfill online orders, she’s the worst manager I’ve ever seen. I used to work at Dunkin as manager year ago I saw the system and whatever was going on there. As a manager she should know how to manage and behave or please customer and give them best service. She was in between 35/45 years brown lady, if store owner or district manager is reading this review please do something to get your business up again. I Do NOT recommend this location as of now.

I am a big fan of chipotle and following this chain since Denver from 2001. This location can’t get the order right . Every time my order is wrong . How incompetent can you be to get order wrong each time . It’s not people’s fault who work there . It’s management fault who refuses to see the problems in their stores. If I can give 0 I would give it but unfortunately 1 is the lowest

visited this location today (9/17/25) around 5:30pm with my wife, and it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had at any Chipotle.
The first thing we noticed when walking in was how dirty the dining area was. Tables were messy, the floor wasn’t clean, and overall it looked like no one had bothered to maintain the restaurant.
While ordering, I personally witnessed a serious food safety issue. The associate behind the counter accidentally dropped steak inside the beans container. Instead of throwing it away, she fished it out and put the steak back into the steak container, which is clear cross-contamination. When I raised my concern, the manager on duty, Nick Perez, brushed it off and said there was nothing wrong with it. That is absolutely unacceptable from someone in charge.
To make things worse, when I asked for corporate contact information to report the issue, Nick Perez was extremely rude and refused to provide any. A general manager should be setting an example of professionalism and cleanliness, but instead he acted dismissive and unprofessional.
Between the filthy dining area, food safety violations, flies around the restaurant, and the complete lack of customer service, this location is beyond disappointing. I would strongly advise avoiding this Chipotle until corporate steps in to correct these serious issues.
Love Chipotle. Always a good size portion.

Terrible it’s a mess inside and the cashier serving my food was so rude she just shoved my food in the bag and was mad the whole time while I was being kind and I had a easy order and it was empty inside so no reason to be mad.

I think the employees believe the chicken portions come out of their paycheck. Been to some bad chipotles, but this one showed me there’s actually only one truly bad chipotle, this location!
