The people working behind the counter are rude and ignorant. You want my business, threat customers like you want their business.

I’m disappointed with the service I received from an employee at Dunkin’ Donuts today. I usually visit around 10:30–10:45 AM, but this morning I went at 6:00 AM to get my coffee. When I got to my car, I noticed my coffee was lukewarm, so I went back inside to let the staff know. Instead of helping, the employee gave me attitude and tried to make it seem like the coffee was cold because of me—that I took too long to pick it up. I explained that I order my coffee the same way every day and time it so it’s still hot when I get there. She continued with a nasty attitude, and even after I thanked her, she didn’t respond. She just turned up her nose and walked away. I was polite the entire time and simply asked if someone could remake my coffee. They claimed it was cold because I requested oat milk, but I’ve been ordering it this way daily and have never had this issue. There was no apology and no accountability—just blame directed at me. This experience was unacceptable, and I believe the employee needs better training on customer service and professionalism.

I get the cold brew with Xtra foam bcuz I don't get cream- I also got an extra shot of espresso =$7 plus my usual $2 tip- $9 for an ice coffee -to which I was told next time they're going to charge me for the Xtra foam????? Don't worry Dunkin- there won't be a next time- your greed has inspired me to make my own coffee at home

This store is immaculate . It’s the cleanest Dunkin I’ve seen and the people are very polite. The woman behind the counter was very polite and accommodating.
Great service! I feel sorry for the cashiers and servers who have to deal with the teenagers that come in and scream while they're there. It was irritating for the 5 minutes I was there but the cashiers have to hear that for hours :(
