The people who work at this location are very nice. I have noticed that the quality inconsistent. Two weeks ago I had to ask for my drink to be re-made. I ordered an iced caramel craze latte, the woman in the drive through handed me a drink that was not mixed, everything was separated. There were ingredients missing, cinnamon, caramel etc. The other time I had to ask for more expresso for an iced latte since it was all milk. Today I ordered the mocha latte and it was also missing...

They are in there talking and laughing, not paying attention to the order. Last time something was forgotten . Then this time my food is overcooked / burned . I’m going to to checking my order at the window

This place is usually very nice. I come here all the time. But this Tuesday the employees were screaming about boys with their friends who worked there and not. They were cursing and yelling so loud. It was not the best experience. Do better.
