I stood in front of the counter for 5 minutes before acknowledged by the staff worker who sat on the counter on her phone. this is not the first time it happened. they move incredibly slow making drinks and food. this dunkin is by far the worst one

Just one complaint. Very few Dunkin’ Donuts open 24 hrs. I do Uber and I wrote down which ones I have found so if I am driving in that area I can stop while working to grab a cappuccino. I know cause of COVID things changes but COVID is down so you should take that into consideration.

Worst experience ever! Didn’t know it was possible to get burnt fast food sausage egg & cheese sandwich and frozen coffee to get served at room temperature. NEVER AGAIN!
They keep giving me coffee when I clearly say LATTE while ordering. It has happened third time to me. And they don’t put stickers on the cup anymore so you cannot argue that they gave wrong order. I will not go back here ever!

The service is really good but i really love that vanilla spice which they had before but they stopped making that I hope they will start again
