Drive thru Order is almost always wrong every time I come here. If you tell them it’s wrong they don’t fix it either they just talk about the customers in Spanish and assume people don’t understand or speak the language. Disappointing.

They locked the bathroom and claimed there's someone inside. We waited for about 10 minutes and we almost finished our food. No body came out. Then another customer came and asked for a bathroom and the guy said the key in on the counter 🙄. I asked him why did you tell my wife there's someone inside and with a straight face, he said there was someone and he came out even though we were there waiting for someone to come out and there was no one.

I’m at this Dunkin’ Donuts now 11/04/24 9:36AM, I ask the lady in the drive through for extra ketchup and she gives me an attitude and says there’s some in the bag . THERES 1 packet in the bag!!!! I ask her for more and she kept saying it’s in the bag, she then grabs more ketchup and SLAMS it in my hand and rolls her eyes… I come to this Dunkin EVERY morning and NEVER had to deal with anything like this. I’m disgusted her name is NILA. She doesn’t be working here treating people like that!! I’m pregnant and requested more ketchup I dont understand what the issue is and no one else gives me an issue… very disappointed

Nice and clean establishment but I had to wait 10 minutes for a lukewarm cup of coffee that barely had any cream nor taste for the matter. There's another dunkin a few miles south of this location that imma go to instead from now on. I'm sorry but having some old lady not able to multitask even the slightest bit should not be there. Sorry but not sorry.

Last week I went for a coffee at 9:50 and they didn't want to serve me, they just ignored me and didn't say anything, they were Indus people. And a day before I also went and the same people made my drinks wrong.

I ordered a medium latte and the quantity was less. When I asked the guy in the counter , he took and poured some hot water and gave it back. Not sure why Dunkin appoints fools to serve who thinks that they act smart by cheating the customers
these two employees, one young boy who has brown curly hair, seems to be in highschool or just got out; clearly saw us trying to enter the store but he was sitting on his phone not caring the customers. another young lady saw me get out of my car and did not help me enter the store. the store is supposed to close at 10:00pm, but when I tried coming at around 8:20 PM, it seemed the doors were locked and neither boy and girl worker tried to help me. never go here.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel which usually comes with American cheese. So not thinking anything of it I didn't check my sandwich. When I got home I took a bite and realized something was off...so I of course opened the sandwich up and saw there was mozzarella cheese on my sandwich. I can not war mozzarella cheese and I didn't think I had to tell them that because as I said before usually sausage egg and cheese bagels come with American cheese. I've ordered that same sandwich from others Dunkin donuts and they all got it right. To make a long story short I wound up having to go to the hospital and spent a little over 36 hours in the hospital. I kept trying to call this specific Dunkin donuts and I couldn't get through so I went there and told them what happened. They told me there was no mozzarella cheese on my sandwich (mind you I saved the sandwich and the receipt and brought it with me but he claimed I didn't get it from there), I then asked for the manager/supervisor and the man that was there whom was the same man that was there the day I ordered my sandwich told me that the supervisor wasn't there and that I had to come back. I came back once again another day and the same thing, no supervisor. So my issue never got handled and I am handicapped I can't keep going back and forth especially because it's not particularly close to my home. Check your food people.
