I have ordered egg&cheese croissant and this is how they gave me. Do they even look into the order what are they packing ?
The reason I get this specific location, three stars rather than five because sometimes they don’t pay attention to the food and it gets burnt. They will look at it and give it to you anyway. In my case, it was in the morning when they didn’t have a busy line and I got my food and it was burnt to a crisp. Even if the line had been busy, it’s not an excuse for burnt food. Other than that, this place is pretty good.

Drive thru Order is almost always wrong every time I come here. If you tell them it’s wrong they don’t fix it either they just talk about the customers in Spanish and assume people don’t understand or speak the language. Disappointing.

They locked the bathroom and claimed there's someone inside. We waited for about 10 minutes and we almost finished our food. No body came out. Then another customer came and asked for a bathroom and the guy said the key in on the counter 🙄. I asked him why did you tell my wife there's someone inside and with a straight face, he said there was someone and he came out even though we were there waiting for someone to come out and there was no one.

I’m at this Dunkin’ Donuts now 11/04/24 9:36AM, I ask the lady in the drive through for extra ketchup and she gives me an attitude and says there’s some in the bag . THERES 1 packet in the bag!!!! I ask her for more and she kept saying it’s in the bag, she then grabs more ketchup and SLAMS it in my hand and rolls her eyes… I come to this Dunkin EVERY morning and NEVER had to deal with anything like this. I’m disgusted her name is NILA. She doesn’t be working here treating people like that!! I’m pregnant and requested more ketchup I dont understand what the issue is and no one else gives me an issue… very disappointed
