I come often to five guys. I know thr amount. Its pretty generous and at times can fill 2 people. I got regular fries and it appeared less than what it should be. I thought maybe they got it wrong .I asked the lady who filled it if this is regular? I opened my bag and said is this really regular?? Without looking inside bag she says yes and goes about her business inside kitchen area. Ignored it seemed. I was with my kids and we had swim class really soon. I was thinking maybe they padded the fries down really well. Got to car and really it was just a handful. $6 of regular fries...literally a handful of few fries which also weren't filled cooked through. Kids were hungry. Picked n choose which to eat of the 5 to 6 they could eat and rest went into the garbage. Please just be fair.

Perfectly grilled patti, great fixings, large fries are massive. They need to improve their bread - it is not robust enough and crumbles under the weight of the meat, fixings, and mayo.

I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and it was fresh, juicy, and definitely filling. If you didnāt know, you can actually ask for extra cheese or bacon for free, which makes the burger feel like a better deal.
I also tried the fries. They were tasty but leaned too crispy and didnāt have much of that soft potato inside. The restaurant and bathroom were clean, which I appreciated.
Only downside was the napkin situation. There werenāt any near the condiments, so I had to go to the counter to ask.
Prices have gone up quite a bit. The bacon cheeseburger came out to about $13 before tax. Not cheap, but if you're in the mood for a big, customized burger, it's still a solid choice.

I always have a great experience at this Five Guys location. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. The bathrooms are clean every time I visit, which is something I really appreciate. On the rare occasion thereās a small mistake, they take accountability right away and make it right without any hassle. I definitely recommend coming here. Itās a place I enjoy visiting regularly!
There were only 2 employees working with a lot of customers, but they were poised and professional, and they kept the lines moving. There were no disappointed customers.

I just got off the phone with a very rude āmanagerā so he says his name is RJune Patelā¦I asked for my fries to be hot because Iām ordering off of Uber eats and I know for sure the fries are supposed to be cooked on arrival of the customer. I got hung up on when asked for his name. I called back no answer then when i tried the third time Mr Patel tells me something is wrong with the phones and he was trying to tell me his name but I actually heard him hang up on me. He told me he donāt know if my fries are hot because they picked them up which was a lie because the driver was still there. I will never order from here again this is the worse one to go to! Since I got an undercooked burger from here I never went back but I guess Uber eats put it to this place I would much rather another location

I ate a cheeseburger and fries from here with a drink and got food poisoning. I was up all night tossing and turning, throwing up, and using the bathroom several times due to cross-contamination. The guy was handling three other orders at the same time. This is the second time I got sick from this place. I had to take off work, which I never do. I am not looking for any compensation, just want to warn everyone not to eat there.
