Received notice from Grubhub that the restaurant canceled my order a full ten minutes after my food was supposed to have be delivered. “Out of menu item.” What kind of Indian Restaurant runs out if butter chicken and garlic naan?! Tragic and starving. Even worse, a Grubhub driver’s time was wasted. This poor guy out here trying to make money and he got robbed of his time and a good tip instead. Wish I could tip him anyway. Shame on whoever us running this apparent scam.

first experience was Grubhub. delivery delayed and food arrived cold. anything that is described as "chicken morsels" will be neckbones and puny drumsticks. NOTHING looks like the photos.
half the order was missing and when I called the number on file, I reached the franchise starter who could not care less about his "many" restaurants.

First time I ordered from this place and I got chicken biryani and Tikka masala. Chicken biryani was decent definitely not the best I've had, I've had actual Indian food cooked by multiple different Indian backgrounds. I would really like to post a picture of the tikka masala because it was literally a bowl of chicken in oil. It was completely inedible I tried two bites and oil was just dripping from my face. This is a very poor attempt at Tikka, in the end I just wouldn't go back here and waste my money there's better places out there

I order here constantly and love it. It's a go to for me. However each time I order I get less and less rice. I ordered 3 entries that should have rice with it and got NO rice and even asked in notes for enough rice with all entries. I spent 130 each time I order and I would expect and appreciate rice to go with our meal. To make matters worse, no phone number is listed to call and ask why I got no rice with my order.

I can back up what others are saying. It's a scam by delivery apps. After a delivery Driver couldn't find the restaurant I hunted down our food myself and it was a small local-owned restaurant. The mark-up is insanely high. Straight up a scam. Look up the address it says it's at and order from there if you like it.

They have a network of Indian restaurants under them—not even called Gunpowder Cafe. Those restaurants will cancel orders for no reason when ordered online through @Grubhub.
