I would give negative stars for customer service that we received at Guru palace yesterday. We have been giving regular business to this restaurant from many years. The owner of the restaurant is the most arrogant person we have come across. First of all, this restaurant is now charging extra charges (higher prices & not matching with their menu posted online on their website). Secondly, he being rude argues with the customer that he is not going to be rich by taking that extra money & take your money back. He thinks he can fool his customers but we too are his regular customers and know the restaurant’s pricing. So Mr. Owner- please update your menu online and stop thinking that the customers are fool. Also, better up your customer service and stop being rude to customers as if you are doing some favor by providing food. Customers do pay you good amount and not take food free of cost. The good name of your restaurant hopefully doesn’t get spoiled due to your rude behavior. Level up! So guys if you have some self respect then I would suggest not dealing with this restaurant. There are far better Indian restaurants with great customer service. Thanks

First tym I ordered the food from them from doordash. I just wanna try and experience their food and my experience was too much worst. I ordered the veg hakka noodles and paneer pasanda as well as garlic butter naan, the taste of hakka noodles was too much bad, even when i get my order I smell some different type of smell from food. I will truly and honestly will not recommend this place too anyone.
