Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream Shop

It’s 12:16, hours of operation state they open at 12pm. When trying to open the door an angry old woman shouted very nasty that she WASNT OPEN.put a sign on the door… come say Hi and explain. No reason to be nasty. When we frequent this plaza we will take our business elsewhere. Maybe a nasty old lady shouldn’t be running it, or maybe she can’t open the door on time.

You can tell ice cream scoops aren't regularly rinsed after use by how many flavors looked to be mixed into JUST the vanilla. Also poor ingredient management as there was no milk in the store at all so no milkshakes.

This place does not open at 12pm. I have ordered several times online around 12:30-1 and come to find it closed.

Honestly please support small businesses instead of these big corporations. Never have I ever been to an ice cream shop where they WEIGH the ice cream unless
You are paying by weight like frozen yogurt spots. I guess they accidentally put a tad too much ice cream in and I kid you not, the employee took some out of the cup to make it the desirable weight. Both my kids eat like birds so I got one large cup so they can share and I asked the I guess manager for an extra small cup and with an attitude she said that we don’t do that here and then I said why not she said because it would cost her money to give you the cup, and I even offered to pay for the extra cup and she still did not. This is where stinginess and greediness shows really well to the customers by this corporation. Please avoid this greedy place at all costs!

Bad service. Want to charge people for extra spoon

The woman who is serving the staff today, January 3/25, is not at all friendly. She wants to serve what she wants without caring about what the client wants. She should be replaced by friendly people.

I am waiting here at the shop and staff said you have to wait I have online orders and when I asked how long she said I don’t know 🙈 what type of customer service is this that a 6 year old child is waiting and she is not even look at him instead throwing things so badly that my son said dad let’s go she is not going to give me the ice cream and for me this was a last trip

Drove 20 minutes for 2 women to close the store 25 minutes early

For God's sake, have your employees wear gloves! Their hands are in the Ice cream as they scoop out the ice cream, and fingers inside the cup we will be eating from. Disgusting and unacceptable!

We were given a tube for milkshake from which it was impossible to drink, because everything was stuck, most of the filling was cozy on the bottom. Price exceeds service and taste

Two issues:
1. The price of a milkshake is outrageous. Over $10.

2. I’ve gone multiple times hoping it would be better but the milkshakes are over a full cup of milk and completely liquid. Paying that much for chocolate milk isn’t worth it. And the times I’ve asked for it to be remade they think I’m crazy.

Edit to add: I think your recipe cards are the issue. A milkshake shouldn’t be the same consistency as milk. They’re intended to be thicker.

Be careful. I was charged for the regular size Sunday, and they gave me the small size. (It is the second time it happens, the first time I wasn’t sure, this time I asked for the receipt, because they don’t give it on purpose)
