The woman who is serving the staff today, January 3/25, is not at all friendly. She wants to serve what she wants without caring about what the client wants. She should be replaced by friendly people.

I am waiting here at the shop and staff said you have to wait I have online orders and when I asked how long she said I don’t know 🙈 what type of customer service is this that a 6 year old child is waiting and she is not even look at him instead throwing things so badly that my son said dad let’s go she is not going to give me the ice cream and for me this was a last trip

Drove 20 minutes for 2 women to close the store 25 minutes early

For God's sake, have your employees wear gloves! Their hands are in the Ice cream as they scoop out the ice cream, and fingers inside the cup we will be eating from. Disgusting and unacceptable!

We were given a tube for milkshake from which it was impossible to drink, because everything was stuck, most of the filling was cozy on the bottom. Price exceeds service and taste

Two issues:
1. The price of a milkshake is outrageous. Over $10.

2. I’ve gone multiple times hoping it would be better but the milkshakes are over a full cup of milk and completely liquid. Paying that much for chocolate milk isn’t worth it. And the times I’ve asked for it to be remade they think I’m crazy.

Edit to add: I think your recipe cards are the issue. A milkshake shouldn’t be the same consistency as milk. They’re intended to be thicker.

Be careful. I was charged for the regular size Sunday, and they gave me the small size. (It is the second time it happens, the first time I wasn’t sure, this time I asked for the receipt, because they don’t give it on purpose)

I tried to order through Uber Eats and my order got canceled due to out of stock. Then I edited it to get a new cake, and even though I was overseas, they tried to contact me. The replacement cake was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly nice. I can't thank them enough because this cake was so important to me.
