Came to this I hop and was greeted by this great Puerto Rican server that had excellent service, checked on us about 4 times throughout and the food came out in a timely fashion, definitely coming back and asking for Tito !!!!

Poor quality, bad service, terrible value. We used to come here once in a while, but not since the inflation hit. Now this IHOP is terrible. The food tastes like microwaved cafeteria food. The waitress never came back after dropping off the food. It's bad, really bad how these restaurants change. I have no idea why people are paying for this. Never again for us

We have been to multiple ihop in different towns, here we felt cutting corners in portion size. Food taste was as usual. Restrooms were very dirty. I think staff should check the cleanliness of bathrooms periodically.
Walked in with my wife and son, was seated immediately but as we sat the guy moved the table to one side which was weird. After being seated the waitress walked by after about 5 minutes and told us I will be with you in a few minutes. After 10 minutes of not even being offered water or drinks, we just got up and left. The place was not packed and on the way out we noticed 4 employees putting the knives and forks together for the tables. I thought they could have had them working the floor which would have made the place run smooth. We left to Perkins in east brunswick and as we sat down the waitress first words was welcome and can I grab you anything to drink. Customer service is everything.

I didn't like it because the last time we ordered food was on December 25, 2025. It turned out the food was poorly prepared, and they didn't include any utensils. The food was very basic, nothing like it used to be. We had a bad experience, and it was a takeout order. I think if they continue like this, they're going to lose customers.

The quality of their food has deteriorated significantly. I have a Cheese Steak in front of me right now and it is awful. This is all I eat therefore I know what it is supposed to be. The bread they are using now seems to be a generic off-the-shelf cheap brand. It breaks apart just from holding it. Put it in your mouth and it's sawdusty and dry. I've been to many IHOP's. This is the worst I've had so far.

The food was good and very tasty. We went early in the morning, but the tables and seats were not cleaned yet. Coffee refills were unlimited, which was great. There were fewer staff members in the morning, but there was plenty of space available. Overall, a decent experience.
