I’m not sure what is happening here but each time we go to this ihop it’s dirtier and stickier from the booths to the floor and even flies flying around inside . I was really turned off and hope they can improve the cleanliness. I wish it was cleaner since I have enjoyed the omelets there

It's not a wonder this place is hosting 2- 3 families at a time. My wife and I had breakfast there last week and I had to return the rapped in a napkin knife and fork covered in sticky goo, twice! Now I understand why my brother no longer frequent what was once his fav meeting place, service is poor, food is subpar and forget sanitary!

Came here a few times and had a pretty good experience and food until today. The booth i was sitting at with my boyfriend was near the kitchen and the staff back there kept starring at me and walking by the doorway to just look so i asked him to switch with me so my back is facing toward them. I feel as a result to that , they purposely messed up our food and made it incorrect. I got the California turkey melt and the bread was very hard, it had a ridiculous amount of big grape tomatoes inside with 2 thinly slice avocados with barely any turkey and did not have bacon I was disappointed and sent it back. Onion rings were soggy as well. My boyfriend got the pancake combo and the hash browns and eggs were burnt as well. The appetizer also came out along with our food when we ordered it way ahead of time but it seemed like they didn't start preparing it until we but our main dishes in. There's been one time where we ordered the appetizer and received it after we finished our food .. what's the point of the appetizer? Will not be returning here again. Kitchen staff messed up our food because I wanted to switch my sit due to them making me feel uncomfortable .. unbelievable

I’m so frustrated with this location. Multiple times I’ve ordered off uber eats and received KETCHUP instead of butter with my pancakes. Seriously, what are the staff thinking 😡 Luckily uber eats has been very helpful with this but it still sucks, people want what is advertised, please get on top of this issue! Clearly the staff are messing around on purpose because who on earth eats pancakes with ketchup…. This exact thing has happened to me before as well. Other times it’s 50/50 whether they’ll include butter or not, just horrible.
Edited to add: I want to make it clear they’re not topped with butter either, they’re dry as a bone. It’s supposed to come with the little butter packs. What a joke to include ketchup…

Been coming here for takeout for a year now. Always great service & food until 11/11/2024.
Called in an order to iHOP and went to pick it up. I showed the manager, also the one who took my order, my pancoins I wanted to use.
She said she can’t take it bc pancoins aren’t for to go orders. I told her I’ve done this in the past at this location (context: this is my first time ever seeing her here. also saw a hiring flyer on the front door - maybe new mgmt?). She said they weren’t supposed to and it’s only allowed for dine in or in-app orders.
I told her there’s modifications I can’t make on the app so I’d have to call in. Her excuse was to place the order on the app, and call in to let us know next time. (I find this dumb…why have the consumer do extra work?)
Ended up paying with my own money so I can get my food and eat instead of bickering. It’s implied that she’s trying to profit money instead of following iHOP’s reward and policy system. Corporate will see this.

Came here for breakfast with a friend , we ordered two omelettes. The service was so slow, i think we waited 30 mins to receive our food and the place was not even too packed. The food was ok but still , we had an appointment afterwards so this waiting time made me extremely nervous and I had to eat very fast to ensure we would make it on time. The atmosphere was nice and the server was kind and friendly.

Got told the "water was 'coming out' like seltzer". The water was tan, and had a bad smell to it, in addition to numerous other odd issues- I am deeply concerned about what I ate.
The service was poor. It took over 45 minutes to be seated. We saw others being seated even though they arrived after us. We had to remind the staff several times. They have appeared to forget about us. The waitress got our order wrong forgetting items and didn't give us utensils. We asked for utensils but she never gave them to us. We had to ask another server for them. The staff's attitude was poor. It was an overall poor experience.

This place definitely needs to have a better staff. They opened exactly at 7 and we got here around 7:20 Am, when we came in the bus boy said his waiters aren’t here yet and we had to wait about 40 min to get our order that it took other customers who were a family, 2 of their daughters offer to help to take the orders, they don’t here here and they had to HELP the bus boy to take the customers orders. Once all the workers finally came in until past 8 am. This place is nice and clean and the workers are friendly but the service needs to be a lot better, it’s mostly all younger people and they need to be more on their toes for sure. I hope they do, other than that it’s a still a good place to have and eat.
