me and my mom arrived at this location at 8:40 for a sweet treat after the both of us did a hard workout. As soon as we walked up to the doors we checked what timed they closed so there wouldn’t be any trouble, closing time was 9:30. The girl working was in pajamas and slippers, wouldn’t serve us anything except for smoothies while repeating “i’m closing in 10 minutes” , and was over all unwelcoming.

This store advertises that it closes at 9:00 PM, but the doors were locked at 8:50 PM. The lady working literally closed the door in our face instead of letting us in, even though it was still within business hours. That is extremely rude and unprofessional. If the store is going to stop customers from coming in early, then please change your hours to 8:30 PM instead of misleading people.

If I could give a 0 I would, on August 14th at 8:43 I went in with my sister to get orange carrot juice. There were two crew members, one Indian and the other woman was heavy set, wearing glasses and a hat. The woman with the glasses approached us and we asked for three 4 fresh juices to be made, she straight away said we have cleaned the machines and cannot make anymore juices. We looked at the time and asked you guys still have 15 minutes to close and said we start cleaning before the store closing. We were disappointed and looked at each other and left. As we were leaving the woman with the glasses started talking to this Indian worker and both had a very poor attitude with a smirk. Extremely bad customer service, I would never want to come to this location. Coach and trained them in customer service, you should be embarrassed. Another piece of advice if you do have this policy of cleaning while the store is open, display the signs to let customers know.

I visited this location on Saturday, July 19th around 5:30pm, (a busy time), and unfortunately didn’t love the taste of the drink I paid for. (At first sip.) The person working was a complete gentleman and kindly offered to make me another. It shows his character, and the values of this location to retain their customers. Would highly recommend going here when you’re in the area.
The smoothies were good and very nice sometimes they do come out a bit watery but I personally don’t mind as much, the problem is the workers. The manager spits all the time in the trash near the ingredients. They say they don’t have a specific size of cups knowing damn well they do (you can see it). The chubby girl shes quiet rude and she has AirPods on when she’s supposed to be working. the tall skinny girl she’s quiet nice I like her!
