Ive been coming here since I was 13 good place, sometimes the pizza they serve could be stale and the wings could be a hit or miss but it's okay for the most part.

We ordered a 200 dollar order for Sunday and some of the order was made the same day (around 35 dollars). It was my mistake that it happened but I did not get any notice that some of the order was done the same day. When I called the next day and they told me that if the order isn’t picked up after 1 hour they just throw it out. I asked if they could do anything for me because of the mistake and they said too bad

Absolutely everyone that works there is totally incompetent.

My family and I have been with Little Caesars for a long time Today I ordered an Large Pie Half plain and half onion Got home and the pizza was not fully cooked the cheese was stringy and we we had to throw it out Will no longer buy or recommend

Don't go here, I ordered a pepperoni pizza online at 7:10pm they said it will be ready around 7:40pm. I went to the store to pick it up and they told me to wait 40 minutes, like are you serious? Almost 2 hours for a pepperoni pizza, and I drove to pick it up and they came out with that!! That's unacceptable.

Dear Store Manager & Regional Managers.
We purchased a few pizzas from you guys to feed our little league baseball team and other kids who attended a party.
We found hair, not just one strand, but quite a few in the food. We also noticed that the pizza was severely undercooked or something of that nature, and basically none of the pies were any good.
Today 9/27 at 1:45pm , i called to take the matter up with your store reps , and was hung up on twice. After being hung up on, they simply will not answer my call, mind you, i was a gentleman and politely expressed my concerns without cursing or anything of that nature.
Why would any business decline to hear their customers concerns?
Why wouldn’t someone help me?
This is very very disrespectful, disappointing, and just outrageous.

After watching the commercials all week, I drove 20mins to get a thin crust pizza and was very disappointed. There was no pizza sauce taste to the pizza. It tasted like a grilled cheese bread. This is not pizza if all I taste is cheese.
