if you like pizza hut take out you MUST TRY Little Caesars, you cannot go wrong and at a better price! y personal favorite is the Detroit Deep Dish with pepperoni and Sausage, but there are so many other possibilities!

It's crazy now with this new owner have no enough personal working there only 2 people and people have to wait until 30 minutes just for 1 plain cheese pizza.. previous owner have everything under control everything was ready people were always polite.. now is nightmare to go there... New owner don't be cheap and pay people to work.. for you.. but I bet you like you like to see you pocket full of money...

Service was horrible. The pizza took over an hour to just go in the oven. The website told me it would be done at 7:30-7:35pm and the pizza didn’t even go into the oven until 7:30pm. I went in to talk to the lady and she was rude and gave attitude. I do not recommend ordering here not worth the price!!!

Worst experience ever. I placed my order online and when my child and I arrived to pick it up during the pick up window I was told my order was cancelled. Yet the app indicated my order was ready for pick up. The store was busy when I arrived the lobby/counter area was packed. There were roughly 15-20 other customers waiting for their orders. I overheard one of the staff members arguing with a customer who stated it was Christmas we cancelled all the orders that were scheduled after 6pm. We all wanna go home. Upon hearing that statement I realized the people waiting were about to get upset and I needed to pick up my completed order and leave immediately. I asked a team member for assistance and told them I was here for a pick up. The male team member walked to the back threw his hands up in the air and didn't return. I then asked loudly to speak with a manager. A female team member stepped up told me that they cancelled all the orders after 6om because they all wanted to leave. I told her mer the app tracker mine was ready and I was here to pick it up. I advised her that I have been waiting for 15 minutes already and I assume that due to the chaos going on with other customers my service requests were ignored. I explained that per the app my order was ready and I just wanted to pick up my items and leave. I told her my child I had been waiting patiently and the rest of the family was at home awaiting dinner. She said again we told me they cancelled all the orders and were all getting ready to go home for the night. I told her I understand but per the app my order was ready and I drove 20min to the location to pick it up. I was told I was issued a refund. No refund was provided nor was it completed by the staff at the time of my arrival at the location. At that time another person arrived in store whose order was due for pick up at 610 pm and they were provided their order and left. I then asked to speak with the store manager as everything I was told and observed in the lobby was not adding up. The woman walked away and shouted that all orders after 6lm were cancelled. As my order was placed at 524pm, I once again confirmed that per the app my order was still ready and awaiting pick up and I was not issued a refund. The manager arrived engaged a different customer and then immediately walked away after informing the team they were done for the night. I again advised the staff that my order was placed prior to 6pm and per statements about cancellations the app it was ready for pick up. And at this point someone who placed an order after mine had arrived and collected their order as I had I had not received a refund I was expecting the items I had paid for. At that time I was offered a refund and a Hot and ready pizza as a consolation prize. Upon receiving the notice of refund from my Credit card company I left the location. I will never order from this location again and it's a shame as I have been a loyal customer since 2008. I will be contacting corporate about my experience and I expect to hear from the franchises owner or regional manager. Totally unacceptable service and poor customer service. Please note at the time of this review the location that was closed is still listed as open for business for another 2.5 hours.

I found the advertised Promotional PRICE very attractive BUT when you add the addional Small Order Fee it DEFEATS the entire purchase sale price. This fee should be WAIVED in situations offering Promotional Sale Prices below the established fee process/requirements. It's a TRICK just trying to entice the purchase of additional menu items. I will not be following future sale advertisements. 😡👎

Usually I love pizza from little Caesar. Unfortunately this week I order a pizza online for pickup (north Brunswick store). The service team left the pizza outside and I got a totally cold Vegetarian pizza. What is the point of having warm equipment's ? T

I purchased a large pepperoni pizza and wings which was part of a special promo online. I couldn’t believe how disgusting the pizza was. It was so bad that I threw the entire pizza in the garbage as it was inedible. The dough was flavorless, the sauce was flavorless, and so was the cheese. The pizza was burnt and to sum up the taste, it tasted like cardboard. I was upset I wasted my money and time buying food that had to go in the garbage. I gave this place a try and I will never go back.
