Extremely rude manager. She will talk trash about the customers in line in Spanish because she assumes people don’t know what she is saying. She would give attitude and walk away bad mouthing the customers. What she doesn’t know is that even thought I don’t look Hispanic I can understand and speak Spanish and understood everything that was said “behind my back” in front of my face in Spanish. Disgraceful honestly.

The staff here are absolute disgrace to this food chain! When something is missing from the order who is responsible! Is there no scope of human error at their store and how on earth can they assume that the customer is making it up and they are Ms perfect?
Today we ordered a kids meal with extra fries and we picked up the order my kid wanted to hold it so gave it to her. We filled our drink asked for some extra ketchups and walked towards our car and opened the meal to see that the chicken nuggets are missing. I walked back to the store and informed the person in the counter and she was very adamant that she was the one who prepared that order Nd she keeps saying I put it in repeatedly when I was showing it to her that it is not there and I would not have walked all the way back to the store If I had my nuggets I wud be on my way back home…
Wat a waste of time and it was very embarrassing. why am I explaining myself there when clearly they are the one at fault. She was standing right there repeating I put it in there while I had to keep on saying it is not here! I opened it and did not find it as clear as that, I wud be on my way back home had I given my complete order! Never faced this at MC D and Learnt my lesson that I am always gonna open my order once I have it in hand!

OMG. Terrible. Just wanted to grab something quickly since there were not many options in the area. The burger meat was cold as if it had been sitting out for hours. They couldn’t even take the time to warm the bread up. Never again.

I didn't go to the restaurant. I made a phone call. I asked a question which the person responding did not answer at all. I asked again and she hung up on me because she does not speak English very well. This is NOT the way a business should work. Hire better employees

I don’t understand the negative reviews, but to each their own. This McDonald’s is located in a huge, busy Walmart and mostly everyone stops for food during their trip. Although there is a very high amount of customers the line moves quick and efficiently. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the employees they are always respectful and never rush you if you have any questions despite the restaurant being a fast paced environment. They’ve always tried to accommodate me whether I needed sauce, straws, ice or ect. They are doing a really good job at this smaller location even better than some with larger locations. I hope the employees are treated well by McDonalds Corporation as they deserve it.

And then I watched her rub her hands together to get rid of dirt OVER the whole batch of fries . She needs to be fired and the crew needs to be properly trained . Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone coming to this McDonald’s unless you want to take the risk of getting sick.

And then I watched her rub her hands together to get rid of dirt OVER the whole batch of fries . She needs to be fired and the crew needs to be properly trained .
