I ordered 2 Frappe 2 hamburgers and fries on the app waited 10 mins in the drive thru then asked to pull into #1 waited 10 mins again girl brought my drinks I adked for a tray to carry my drinks she had an attitude then spoked in her language and took the straws away . What kind of customer service is this and what kind of people you hiring. I will not dare come here again I had to walk in to get the tray and straws manager did nothing. I will tell everyone I know about this restaurant and their bad service .

Consistently friendly and efficient. They move a tremendous amount of vehicles through the drive through much faster than other drive thru restaurant lines. In 100 tries I have never received cold fries !

What is with this McDonalds and their sauces??! They never want to give out the sauces that CAME WITH my order! I order online through the app, my meal comes with a choice of two sauces, just for me to look in the bag and have them not be in there. Then, I tell a worker and they try to charge me an extra 25 cents for it. Absolutely not. Just give me my sauces I paid for.

The woman working the kiosk register on September 24 at 10:30pm refused to give me a packet of honey mustard even after I showed her that I did order it on my receipt. She sucks.

On 9/17/2025 at around approximately 10:00 p.m. the, what I would assume to be, manager on duty, helped me in a moment when I needed someone to lend a helping hand. If it is possible I would like this review to go up the chain of command, all the way to the president, and I would recommend a big raise for this gentleman for being so kind and caring in a moment of need. He had such an impact on my being that I will go forth and try to emulate his kind behavior so that others can be helped. It was an excellent reminder to me that there are wonderful, caring people still in the world. In the future I will be back to shake his hand and thank him a thousand times more.

This location is newly renovated and its beautiful. If you are dining in the staff brings your order to the table. They are very respectful and courteous. I would highly recommend to dine in, even if it's for a cup of coffee, or a sweet treat.
