So cheap and rude. Ordered food, asked for some condiments when ordering and then we wanted a third one, so we asked at the window and they wouldn’t give it to us. They told us well did you pay for it? it’s already in the bag with an attitude. We just wanted one more bc there was a lot of us… since when do u have to pay for every side of sauce??? I’ve never had a problem asking for one more, they always just give it. In addition to the ones they already put in the bag when I got my food. All free with my food. So this was ridiculous to me that they cared so much about 25 cents. The food was cold too. Disgusting. Horrible customer service and not hot food. Disappointing.

I bought a Happy Meal for my daughter, and it was really disappointing. The sandwich was bad—definitely not okay. For a meal meant for kids, the quality should be better. Very disappointing.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for one year. I actually have the McDonald’s app. I spend a lot of money here… AFTER ABOUT TWO OR THREE WEEKS AFTER THE GRAND REOPENING THIS PLACE HAS BEEN GOING DOWNHILL…
Last time I came here my breakfast was cold The time before that my french fries were absolutely atrocious and I got an attitude from the server. Some guy, forget his name not a manager. All I know is he works at the Popeyes across the street also.
TONIGHT!!! I DECIDED I WANTED TO SPEND A LITTLE EXTRA MONEY AND JUST GET THE DOUBLE QUARTER POUNDER WITH EXTRA CHEESE
I got it with no bread extra lettuce, extra cheese
Everything came out perfect with one exception
They did not give me the quarter pounder meat!!!
They gave me Big Mac meat!!!!!!!!
Oh my apologies the cheese wasn’t even melted either…
I tried to talk to the manager lady tonight about this and she didn’t even seem interested in what I was talking about
As usual, this young lady, like all young ladies think that I’m being flirty when I’m actually just trying to be friendly… this is the common misconception in our society today… I don’t care if you’re LGBQ to the fifth power or whatever you are… be friendly to me. All I’m doing is being friendly to you. I am friendly to everyone!

I cannot wait until the “ROBOTS” take all the jobs in the service industry!!! The robots will be friendlier the robots will not judge! The robots WILL BE more efficient and get the job done properly!

I ordered on mi app and always select bring to my table number. But today I was bad experience they never brought the items to my table and never put quechut for my fries and went to the hosp stand and ask why they can't bring my food and and never got what I need they seen busy talking nonsense in the back I saw at least 6 employees. Just hangout. Maybe they sterio tipe other cultures.
McDonald’s in New Jersey just hits different. Maybe it’s the water. I made my order they had me go to spot 1. I went in to grab a barbecue sauce for my fries and I got slapped with a 25 cent charge. I’m not complaining over a quarter but give me a break. I just wasted over 20 bucks for a Big Mac meal and a cheeseburger. ?
