A mandatory 15% gratuity without table service feels a bit imposed. That said, the food is excellent, and I’d definitely return for the special thali. Giving 4 star for the food but definitely needs improvement in service quality. Employees were found busy watching reels on phone and ignored or missed my calls for attention. Also, they should greet customers at door and help them find table and take order from the table. We were not even served water. I wonder why they feel...
We’ve been visiting Mithas for over 5 years, and it never disappoints! This Saturday evening, we enjoyed the Chana Bhatura and Dahi Bhalla—both were delicious and tasted just as great as always. The consistency in flavor over the years is truly impressive. Loved the new furniture and the clean, refreshed space. Highly recommended!
Vegetarian options: We recently arranged lunch catering from Mithas. Tarun, one of their managers, helped us create our menu. He gave plenty of suggestions and assisted with quantity planning. Tarun was extremely helpful and ensured the food was delivered on time. All our guests appreciated the quality of the food. For our next function, we will certainly consider Mithas and look forward to working with Tarun again.
