Haven’t been in a while. Kevin, who was working cashier, needs recognition for his service: he went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied. He was also very pleasant to other customers. Will be coming back here.

It's sad to say, as I and my partner truly loved this place, however this particular location has declined recently.
Smaller portion sizes is a notable issue but what really annoys me is that they never put the salsa in the bag. They just give us chips with no salsa lol... like you that cheap, or you that incompetent. It's such a simple thing, and with your increases prices (corporate inflation) you would think things like this would be taken care of.
Disappointed to see such an awesome restaurant decline.

This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. Extremely unsanitary and disgusting. The guy had on working gloves; He literally went from the cash register, cutting a box open, wiping the counter top and pushing his glasses up. He had the audacity to touch a burrito with those SAME gloves. I didn’t say anything because I was so aggravated and convinced myself that the heat will kill the germs when pressed. As he was making the burrito he put too much cheese and literally took it off with those same gloves. I THEN made him throw the entire burrito out, change his gloves and make a new one. This is typical for them. They will touch everything and then make customers food with the same gloves. He was rude and then started putting very little meat on everything. My rice bowl was practically empty. He gave me very little food and considering the amount that I paid, I was very disappointed and overall disgusted at this location. It was so nasty in there. They need to close this location down!!!!

Visited today at midday, having not been to a Moe's in over five years (sheesh). Crew was very friendly and jolly as they whipped up my Homewrecker bowl and Moe Cheese Moe Meat burrito [which I took home and consumed in about four minutes]. Asked the manager if I could get a metal tin with tap water for my k9 to drink from and she hooked it up. The big takeaway is that everyone there seemed happy to be there and ready to give great service. Upper mgmt, if you're reading this: promote those three immediately

Used to be nice once upon a time, but today was the last straw of horrible service. Today April 25, 2024 around 6:30 p.m spent around 17 dollars and to my dismay all the fresh sauce containers were empty. I tried getting Diet soda and the soda machines were empty. When I went and told the manager, he just glared at me. Half hour later all the containers were still empty and the workers were more interested in eating their own free meals gazing into their phones. The tables and floors were dirty. No one bothered to clean or mop them. If this continues Moe's will file for bankruptcy. It was a small kid customer who told me only one drink comes out which is a sugary flavor drink. Not good for people like me avoiding sugars. Good bye Moe's.
I've been a loyal customer of Moe's for over 15 years, and visited many stores across the country. This is the first store I've seen with with poor customer service. And they give you less food and charge higher prices than any other Moe's in NJ or PA. A dollar more for a bowl with smaller portions? No thank you. And when I asked for extra rice & beans, the woman said that would be $2 extra. Since when?! And when I asked for one of the little prepackaged tomatillo containers (there were at least 6 of them) to go with my bowl, she said I can make my own at the self-serve counter. I said "I know but I'm sorta in a hurry, may I just have one of these," and she again pointed me to the self-serve counter. What?! Luckily I visited another location (in PA) 2 days later and restored my faith in the brand. So it is just this location (2431 US-1 in North Brunswick NJ) that I will not be visiting again.
