Been fortunate to get these yummy cakes for Mother’s Day. It’s a bit pricey, but my favorite, the White chocolate raspberry cake… so incredibly delicious, it’s addictive. The Lemon is also majorly yummy too.

I ordered. Lemon cake for a friends birthday. It was absolutely the best and tastier cake we ever had. Fluffy and moist, with just enough cream to satisfy anyone’s sweet tooth.

I took their lemon raspberry for my husband's birthday and everyone loved it.
Order through Uber App!I have ordered before and the cakes were good. However, on my recent order the cakes arrived extremely cold, it was very obvious that they came from the fridge.I tried calling this very morning to exchange the cakes but the explanation given has me very confused.First before allowing me to explain, the person responds by blaming the Uber driver for not having the right temperature in the car because apparently it was 100 yesterday in New Jersey.?Secondly, as I explained the cakes were not overly warm but cold , the person then again blames Uber driver that they don’t know when the person is going to pick it up so they put it in the fridge.?It took less than 20 mins for my order to arrive and out of that 5-10 mins for the Uber driver to uplift the order after I placed it. What are you talking about? The cakes felt like they had a dinner date at the northpole!?You served me stale Bundt cake from your fridge and the least you could have done is exchange the cakes like I asked politely.Deficient product, food&safety issue and poor customer service resolution !

I find that the staff are typically not pleasant. The person helping me today got mad because I changed my mind about my bundlet flavors after she already put it in the register. And one of the bundlets was for my birthday-no comment from the person about that, just attitude when I changed my mind. I think the “customer service” factor needs to be bumped up a notch or two in the N bruns store. This is not the first time the visit there was unpleasant. I go back because the cakes are good—certainly not a return customer because of the service, unfortunately.I also read several other reviews complaining about customer service at this location. Seems this is a 3-5 year old problem. It’s probably about time to fix it??

I’m sharing this review about their bundlet towers. I love to give them as presents bc of its impressive presentation and it provides a sampling of delicious flavors. However, at this location, I ordered a triple tower for pick up as a gift recently and the bundlets were lopsided. They didn’t try to ensure they come out even or to level them before packaging. Depending on what angle you look at them, some appear 20% smaller than what you’d expect. Also bc they are lopsided and crooked, the icing is lopsided and sticks to the side of the packaging and breaks. So much of this gift is about appearances and I don’t feel good about gifting things that look less than perfect. I hope they do a better job of making sure the cakes are even and the right size. I purchased 4 towers the next day from the Princeton location and they did not have this problem.

I made an online order and it was so easy and straightforward. Then went to pick up in store and was greeted by the most friendliest cashier who smiled the entire transaction. The atmosphere is warm and inviting plus merchandised well. It was such a pretty and clean store to walk into. My holiday cupcakes are so beautiful I’m sure my family and loved ones will love them. Thank you guys.
