Best orange chicken from Panda in Central NJ. Crispy, fresh, not as sweet and more chicken than breading. Also best Kung Pao chicken: spicy and more chicken chunks

There’s a reason they call it Broccoli Beef instead of Beef with Broccoli. It was more like “broccoli FLAVORED with beef” there was so little beef in it fried rice was practically white, mor like light beige. (Friday might’ve been a busier day than the other days)
The food overall, lacked that umami that is a mainstay of Chinese food.
I was pleased with everything but the fact that it was lacking flavor.

First panda express around the area and we were ecstatic that it finally opened. Love how none of the food is made with msg! It really makes a difference in how you feel afterwards.

The lo mean is simple and noodle texture is chewy. It could use a little bit more flavor overall though. The honey sesame chicken was very good. Not too sweet and still crunchy. The mushroom chicken was a bit too salty but paired nicely with the fried rice. But if eating on its own, way too salty. The original chicken is what they are known for, great flavor, juicy chicken, and perfect with rice.

Interior was very clean and staff are very friendly. There is a drink dispenser at the back so you can get continued refills. Overall, great place to get a quick meal.

Let’s be honest—there’s no question about the importance of a place like Panda Express, especially nowadays when eating out can be so expensive. Most fast-food spots don’t offer that comforting, home-style feel anymore, but Panda Express is one of the rare exceptions.

This North New Brunswick location really keeps that tradition alive. Even though it’s new, the food is fantastic, and the staff make you feel right at home. If you meet the store manager, Huiping, you’ll see what I mean—she’s so welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy, the music is just right, and the modern design of the store, especially the beautiful blue dragon sculpture at the entrance, gives it a fresh yet familiar vibe.

I definitely recommend bringing your family here. I’m sure you’ll have a great experience, just like I did. Just a heads-up, though—if you visit during rush hour, be prepared for it to get pretty busy. A little patience goes a long way.

Horrifyingly bad service for mobile order customers. Waited 45 min past pick up time to get food and had in-person people receive their food long before anyone even talked to us about our mobile orders.

Came here on a Friday night and this place was busy. Great atmosphere and friendly service.
We got the 2 entrees with side and food was great. Definitely will come here try other items. Welcome to North Brunswick!
