After seeing the commercial for the new ciabatta French dipper I decided to try it. WHAT a big mistake there was barely any meat or cheese so essentially I paid $13.00 for a small loaf of bread. The dip was not even full. Still hungry after this can you say rip off. Sad a lean cusine dinner is so much better. Now they have a bagel sandwich for 7.99 that means a bagel will cost you almost $8.00 without any meat cheese, the love to rip off the public. FALSE ADVERTISING!

Love both North Brunswick branches. Kristen (the manager on Grand Ave) seems to know all her customers by first name. She is very enthusiastic and is a great example to her staff. She is a Great leader.

The avocado toast was good and flavorful with multiple options. My friend ordered a yogurt parfait. It was tiny for $6

Good service and clean store. Only recommendation is lower the music a little. Also not store related but want everyday best price. Promo codes and keeping track are a pain.

I ordered a whole Mediterranean sandwich with a cup of pumpkin soup. They would not give pickle with the sandwich, there was no hummus or salad greens, hardly any feta. Instead I got yellow lettuce in my sandwich. I did not enjoy my sandwich, the soup was too sweet. This sandwich used to be so good or the guy who made it did not know how to make it. You charge full money but cannot make a proper sandwich with proper ingredients. When I asked for pickle he said you don’t get any pickle with your sandwich very rudely. I spend the money to get a good meal. I am not coming back here again, worst food.

I ordered box lunches for a business meeting. The food was fresh and delivery was early. Maybe a little too early, but no complaints!

Yesterday 08/03, I place a mobile pick up order for a Pick2 with a salad and Turkey and Cheddar sandwich… as I’m eating it I’m wondering why it taste like the world’s most flavor-less sandwich… they did not put any cheddar on the sandwich despite it quite literally being called a turkey and cheddar sandwich. My biggest issue being, I’m almost certain they were fully aware (they were out of cheddar or whatever) and failed to say anything… Acknowledgment and accountability goes along way, especially if you’re taking somebody’s money in exchange for a certain expectation. The gentleman at the window did throw me an extra side of salad dressing when I asked, so with that, I’m glad I asked. But half of my meal was trash all because they made a judgment call (in hopes that one wouldn’t notice) rather than communicating with the customer; that is less than professional. Do better guys.

They are serving rancid coffee over the past few days. Waited for multiple batches to get fresh coffee but it was uniformly bad. Tasted sour. Thought it could be due to the unusual summer heat and requested fresh half and half but the coffee was still bad. Terrible coffee at this location.
You’ll probably lose millions now that you’ve changed the drive-through into a pick up window order ahead. Who is brilliant idea was that? let’s see corporate? You’ve now lost me as a customer
Loved It! Panera's casual atmosphere and comfortable dining area allows me to go there to work and or meet with a client without pressure to leave so that wait staff can flip the table. The food is always a consistent quality and served quickly.

I think right here is one of the best Panera Breads... If they clean around more often, it will be great.
