The place is smaller compared to the one in Edison. When we went there most of the items were finished. I love the peach ice tea there. It’s so good. Next time I will just go to another Paris baguette.

Usually when I go in there the pastries and sandwiches are fresh and delicious. But this time I grabbed 2 slices of cake 🎂. 1 was mango and the other was strawberry cream. When I went home, and my wife were disappointed. They were dry and old like they are just sitting there in no special case. The quality is going down. Those slices should have a shelf life of 2-3 days max from oven to display.

TERRIBLE BAKERY ITEMS. Very stale and old tasting. My husband got 4 bakery items, they were all stale and not fresh. I feel as though whatever is saved at night they try to sell in the morning. I spoke to the manager, she was not very professional at all. She made me take pictures, send her a picture and then at the end sends me a picture of "almond crossaint" and tells me "I just tasted it" "it's tastes fine, it's fresh". Never have I ever met such unprofessional manager. I will Never ever come back here again and I also advise others to go to another bakery and don't waste your money here. They sell overnight old pastries!

I ordered a medium coffee and practically received a small one and it was also cold... I asked to heat it up and it came out the same...

I absolutely love this place. And their desserts are delicious to eat especially the cheesecake and cream puffs ! The staff are friendly and very kind people. It’s a friendly environment and very comfortable as well!
But one issue, although yes I used to work in retail and i understand that people work long hours and deals with customers all day long. And i completely understand what is it like to be in their shoes. But I noticed that two of male cashiers (9/20/24). They don’t seem that friendly with me. I’m not saying it has to be all sunshine and rainbows and for them to be all smiley or whatever lol. But still, I was friendly with them when I paid for my things at the register and they looked at me as if they were annoyed by me. Again understanding that they were tired and worked hard and I do appreciate all of them for their hard work to provide best customer service! But still they need to practice being just a bit more friendlier ? !
