Often come here for pick up. While I have had different employees help, all have been pleasant to deal with. Food is as expected for a pizza hut chain. If you're ordering it, you know what you're getting, and to me, it's pretty nostalgic for my childhood.

FILTHY. When we went to pick up the pizza it was impossible not to notice how dirty everything was, especially the kitchen area. We should have walked out because when we opened the box at home there was literally a hair on our pizza. Never again.

Used to be a nice place once upon a time. Went for lunch around 12.30 pm today with my brother. There's no table service. It has become a fast food service, the manager cum teller , a deeply frustrated grumpy woman told us we had to order at the counter itself and we could sit anywhere. We had to getup and go to the fridge to pick our own bottled Pepsi. I told my brother not to tip, but he still did. While sitting at the table we went on waiting for the pizza to be served at the table and it wasn't. After a long wait the frustrated looking lady yelled at us to come and pickup the pizza! Not once did the teller cum manager (sole employee) look at us, no thanks, no nothing! That's it for me and my brother. This would be our last visit to Pizza Hut , once famous, but now in a decadent state.

This location is dirty and falling apart. I will try to go to any other Pizza hut instead of Northern brunswick location. I thought a mouse was going to run across the dirty floor. They should close this location or gave a renovation NOW!

Service - didnt get asked or acknowledged .. warm soda from fridge didnt ask if j wanted fountain or bottle Food-where is the garlic on the breadsticks? These use to be the best they use to have a layer of the garlic powder on them they were so disappointing. They added almost 0 flavor. Pizza was def better than breadsticks

Walked in waited for instructions. Seated area looked big. Went to desk to order but was ignored for 7 minutes as I asked for help as far as direction for seating. They were busy processing orders for deliveries so eventually I took the hint and left. If they don't offer eat in services, don't advertise it.

Very disappointing experience. The manager was extremely rude and told me they do not accept the T-Mobile coupon after I had already redeemed it on the app. When I tried to place another order, he refused unless I agreed to pay the discount amount from the coupon again. On top of that, the order I finally received was wrong, and the restaurant had a bad smell when I walked in. Totally unprofessional — I won’t be returning
I ordered a pork sausage and cheese pizza only 1/2 the pizza had sausage very disappointed also my cinnamon bites had hardly no icing so disappointed

I ordered 2 personal pies to go when i get to the house the pies were not cut , how hard is it to cut a pie or even better do your job. a friend of mine went in 10 minutes after i did and complained that their pies weren't cut either and they were giving a plastic knife. UNEXCEPTABLE Also the restaurant is NASTY as hell as soon as you walk in the your sneakers stick to the floor, all the equipment looks like they havent been cleaned in years, the bathrooms are dirty. the staff completely Rude and have no customer service at all .
