The worst possible experience. The restaurant itself is run down and pathetic. Fine.
However. What is not fine is that I ordered pizzas for my family. Over an hour later, no pizza. I called multiple times where all calls are directed to a call center. The call center would then make me wait 10+ minutes before hanging up on me.
The quality of these pizzas have been going downhill for years. I could not give this a lower rating. I have choice words and non of them are Google review appropriate.

Pretty awful customer service. Like lowest of lows. Called in on January 12th 7:10 pm. Spoke to a female. I kindly asked if my order had been picked up. She replied “shouldnt your damn app tell you” also let off a huge sigh and she hung up on me. If you don’t want to help customers you shouldn’t work in customer service.

I paid $20 for a medium tavern pizza that was absolutely horrible. The crust tasted like a cracker. It was so overcooked. Paid for extra green pepper and there was actually more onion which I didn’t pay for extra than the item with the additional cost. The breadsticks were actually burnt on the outside and not cooked on the inside so tell me how the hell they pulled that off. It’s clear the staff don’t want to be there and have no interest in putting out a decent product.

I ordered 16 pieces Hot Buffalo Wild Wings with Fries and Traditional Wings but we got the burnt wings and fries. I don’t understand why they served the bad things to Customer. This is horrible experience with PizzaHut. We usually ordered Wings and Pizza from PizzaHut but this is very bad experience today. My kids vomiting after eating Garlic Parmesan Wings and Fries.. they were so bitter and look like they used very very old oil to fry them. I don’t how PizzaHut can serve the bad food to their customers. Very very very disappointed experience. I will never go to PizzaHut again after this experience. There are a lots of good Wings and Pizza shops around .. but we usually ordered from PizzaHut for their Burning Buffalo Hot sauce but this time they have disappointed us and ask us to don’t to come PizzaHut ever again … PizzaHut please take care of you customer well when there are so many competitors are in the market.So, be careful. Thanks

The pizza is not like it use to be. The pizza was pre-made, it was dry as the dessert!! It was suppose to be the special with 5 topping of your choice. Well the want to charge me for extra cheese said it's not a topping! Order the Buffalo chicken, asked for extra chicken barely got chicken and definitely NO sauce it was so dry my dog wouldn't eat it AND the gave me a square pie ? So the family shared 1 one cheese pie which was also dry after asking for extra sauce.. Live to far to take it back!! I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS STORE!! I WASTED ALMOST $30 ON 2 PIES ??
