This place needs to be visited by district management. It’s smells like a sewer. Why would anyone eat food from such a place. I walked in and walked straight out.

I always come in the afternoon the service is amazing but this time i came in the morning the girl was very rude the store smell so bad make me wanna throw up the girl gave me ice cream on a dirty cup she was so unprofessional i looked inside that store everything look like a hot mess that makes me that wanna go there very disappointed

I want to be completely honest about my experience at this Rita’s location. The customer service from the employees is truly amazing – they’re kind, patient, and hardworking. However, the condition of the facility is unacceptable. The place constantly smells like vomit or sewage, and it’s absolutely disgusting.

It’s very concerning that the staff is expected to work in such an environment. No one should have to endure that kind of smell all day, and customers shouldn’t be exposed to it either. This goes beyond poor maintenance – it feels like a potential health code violation.

I strongly urge the owners or local health department to investigate the source of this odor and take immediate action. The employees deserve better, and so do the customers. With how hard the staff works, they deserve a clean and healthy place to do their job.

The worker Sarah was so helpful! She was so fast at getting my family their ice cream! And she had the brightest smile on her face

The ice cream was good tastes great. As for the service I went in the store Black so ya know!!!

i found either a bug, mold or some kind of black thing inside of my ice. I was half way through when i saw this and threw out my ice right away. very upset about this situation

Ordered $80 dollars worth of ice cream and they didn’t bring 2 custards and 1 gelato. I asked for them to refund me or deliver it. They refused to deliver and refunded me $7.00 for 3 items missed

Nice place to go for a treat

Just beware, there are two registers located in this location one with a viewing tap credit card machine and one without. I gave my credit card to server after receiving my order and later realize that I was Overcharge. I was charged for something totally DIFFERENT at a higher cost of what I actual received.. As I call the store, no one picks up the phone. I went there today to explain to manager and he could not even find the receipt. Finally after long wasted time, he claims different order has been charged. Manager is baffled the charges.. has no clue of customer service. I know different order has been charged. That's why I'm here. Unreal! I just have to call the credit card company.

This Rita's always smells like poop when you walk in. Few times I went there it and there was a short line but the smell was so unbearable my gf and I just had to leave. Every time I try to go here to order some Italian ice I am completely disgusted by the smell of caca and have to leave. if it always smells like poop in there how can it be sanitary I just don't get it. How can the employees stand it and not notice it smells like that all day?? Why hasn't anyone else mentioned this? Both (other) stores on either side of this Ritas don't smell like this so it's specific to just this store.
